St Francis Cabrini Hospital

ER - emergency visit - 4 stars -
ICU - heart attack and stroke - 5 stars
Floor - 3 renal HORRIBLE - inadequate staffing - aides refusing to help - eye rolling when asked to assist FAMILY in getting the patient up - lying about the amount of time spent in the room. Poor response from UPPER management - NEVER gave us any feedback. Licensed Nurses sleeping at night. Taking over 30 minutes to get pain medications.
