I love my new Range Rover. After 6 hours at Porsch, BMW, and Mercedes. I new I had struck gold at Land Rover North. They answered my questions, delivered on their promises, and made it an easy decision. And oh my god what an amazing vehicle. I am one very satisfied customer.

You will have a much better experience at a different dealership! Not only was I embarresed I was appalled by this kind of service, the salesman was wonderful but the service mgr. aswell as the GM were absolute ridiculous and should not have a job if they are dealing with the public! Definitely the worst experience!

Why is it that every time I bring my car into that place, what they tell me is never the truth.From big things to little things.Like "I'll call you right back"....no call for a day until I called back, to "it should be a day or two"....then when I call in 3 days they say I'll look at it in 5 days. After keeping your car there for 5 days before even looking at it they give you attitude like it's some kind of medical clinic and they have to get to the sick ones first.I always have to call the manager, scream and yell, then he pulls my car to the front and the "sick" cars are at the back of the line again because I made a fuss. The mechanics are primadonnas. The managers are kissasses, and the receptionists are miserable. I am selling my Jag, I can't take it anymore. I have no where around her to take it. I can't take it here anymore. It's just ridiculous.I mean at some point you only have your self to blame if you put up with this nonsense.I get anxiety even thinking about coming in for an oil change. I just hate this place. This can't be how you do business? When I drive out of the lot, I feel ripped off even if I have no idea if I have been. I just don't trust it because the personalities are so wrong. This is the first review I have ever written in my life.

I purchased a Range Rover from this dealer and brought it there for service when my truck began to overheat. I brought it in on a Tuesday and was told that they would look at it and get back to me by Thursday. I was in the process of moving, so I stressed the need to get it fixed quickly. I called Thursday morning and was told that the vehicle would be looked at that day and they would get back to me. Thursday came and went, as did Friday.

I called again on the morning of the NEXT TUESDAY and was told that there were numerous things that needed to be fixed, and my 'service representative' wanted to get more detail from the technician and would get back to me shortly. I wrongly assumed that 'shortly' would be the same day. I called again late Tuesday and went to voicemail. I left a message and called back to try and get someone else to help me. After a very long hold, I was told that I had to wait to hear back from the representative assigned to me. I called again on Wednesday and repeated the routine. On Thursday, I had still not heard back anything, so it has now been 9 days and I don't have a diagnosis. I called numerous times on Thursday with no response. Finally, I called the head of the servicing department, who was apologetic but again told me I had to wait for my assigned representative. My representative called back a couple of hours later and explained that he still needed to get with the technician and SHOULD be able to look at it Friday, DAY 10. However, he could not even assure me that he would be able to look at it on Friday, nor could he assure me that the repairs could be done in any specific time period. Because I was moving, I had to call a tow company and take the truck to another repair center. Easily the worst service I have ever received.
