I've been diving with the guys and gals at Adventure Sports 2 for over 10 years now, and I've always enjoyed the dives, the social events and the family atmosphere fostered by the instructors. My wife and I have been on dives as close as Panama City, and as far away as Bonaire with the Adventure Sports crew, and had a great time. I've never seen anyone be rude, as anonymous posted. I suspect he/she was the one that was rude, and maybe got the cold shoulder for it. I've not had the opportunity to put children through the swim classes, so I can't speak to that, but I have known some of the instructors, and they have all been very well educated people who care about the kids.
If you want to have professionals teach you how to enjoy scuba diving safely, and make lifetime friends doing it, you'll like Adventure Sports 2.

I used Adventure Sports to fill air tanks we use at work and on one occasion the owner was very rude to me. I haven't been back since and wouldn't recommend using his services to anyone. I prefer not to give my money to someone who clear doesn't value me as a customer.

We signed up our oldest daughter for swimming lessons a couple of summers back. The lessons were OK, but I do think that the instructor didn't push her enough. It appeared to me that she was more interested in stringing out the lessons over a long period of time(which to some might be OK), but for me I wanted her to learn how to swim and would have hoped that by the end of the classes she would have had enough knowledge to be able to at the least "float" on her own. She wasn't at that point. The class had one child that was afraid of the water and the instructor took a good deal of time easing him into the water, which meant she didn't spend as much time teaching my child how to swim. We did not sign up for the next course offered, instead finding a different place for our child to learn. If your child is young and you want to just get them use to the water, I would recommend it, but if you want them to learn how to swim, without it taking several courses over an extended period of time then you may want to look elsewhere.
