Fresh tasting sauces, friendly staff. Enjoyed this experience, went in with a party of 8 (incl 4 kids) and had great service, great food!

Ok, so this place didn't seem to have a lot going on for it at first. It took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, and it is a small restaurant. Once we were waited on, the experience shifted a bit. The waitress was nice, not too tentative, not too inaccessible. Food was excellent. My thought is that the place was being run poorly and that all of the waitstaff were young and not interested in their work.

Went with my family for the first time last night and really enjoyed it. I had the Ceasar salad and chicken manicotti. Both were excellent. The rosemary bread they bring to the table is also lovely.

Would certainly recommend this restaurant. The prices average about 12-17/meal. Salad are about 3.50, I believe.

This place has it all! Great food, nice waiters/waitresses, great atmosphere, awesome homemade bread from the head chef and nice music if you can hear it. It is a little noisy at times, but during lunch its a great time to relax and eat great food. Makes me feel like i am in Little Italy! ; ) One time i went there for lunch and dinner on the same day! Just can't keep away from there. Romantic place to take on a date at night too. Did i mention that I love this place!??

My family and I went there a few months ago and we weren't too impressed. Fairly decent looking restaurant on the inside but nothing to write home to mom. The service was fast but a little strange. It was if your food just appeared in front of you and the waiter / waitress just disappeared. Not a very friendly wait staff. My wife ordered a type of chicken parmesan. It was so greasy it needed an oil change. Not to mention the cook came out looking not to clean and upset with us ( might have a jiffy lube in the kitchen?? ) and tried to justify why it was so greasy. They then offered her noodles and cream sauce. The cream sauce tasted like some water with milk in it. I myself ordered the lasagne and it was just average nothing special. I thought the prices were a little steep for the quality of the food. I might be spoiled though after living in Europe over 8 years and experiencing the real thing. I wouldn't go back to this place...

We have lived in the Spring-Klein area over 30 years and have longed for an Italian restaurant to fill the void since Joe Matranga's closed on Irvington Blvd. Well Gratzi does the job. My wife and I never did eat at Campioni, which I understand, Richard White, previously owned, but I must say, he does know Italian. I have spent time in several Italian and Sicilian cities and have eaten in Little Italy in New York and London and must say that the menu and presentation are most tasty. This is not a fancy Galleria type place, but a great place to take the family for a fun evening of food, wine and good service. We've enjoyed both menu and special items.

Do not waste your money or your calorie intake on this bad, unflavored Italian food. Unsatisfying, flavorless, overpriced, dirty, loud Restaurant. It is very Sad since we had hoped for this to be a successful restaurant.
