I was very pleased with the service that I received. The process was quick and I left with a car that I loved. It's a great place to start if you have credit problems. They have special programs and will work to help rebuild your credit.

At 1st I wasn't to optimistic about going after seeing an ad on line "ZERO MONEY DOWN" I thought there was some kind of gimmick.. need to say it wasn't. I really enjoyed this experience
I got a great car with low miles, and looking forward to raising my credit score within the next year..The staff are all professional. Snell, (my salesman) was great!!! high recommend folks check them out... and of course I did my research just like you are now.. I google them LOL..
But I'm so glad I did.. I will refer everyone I know.. Thanks Guys

I COULDN'T AGREE MORE. We are having the same exact problem and every time we call they say "it shold be done tomorrow and I will call you back to let you know the statts". That is if you can actually get ahold of some one after the operator, BS total BS. I would never recommend this company to any one.

I purchased a vehicle in August of 2009 Auto Loan Finders still HAS NOT processed my tag, information to my county. I have been promised a resolution to the problem over a month ago. As of today 11/13/2009. I am riding around in a "drive off" tag, after receiving 2 temp tags already. This place at first, seemed to have their business in order however, as I deal with them more and more I see that, it certainly could use some "reorganization" !!! UNBELEIVABLE !!! Id like to know how many others out there are experiencing the same problem?

I would like to say that everything went smoothly they gave me a chance and helped me to get into a new car. i thought I was going to be taking through the loops but Freddie grogan was excellent he explained how the program worked very diligently and the process was actually fast. Great actual car purchasing service and treatment. Satisfied overall with my purchase. Helpful environment. Good people. Couple of small problems with the vehicle, but nothing major. Even considering call volume, some of the "needed" staff are hard to get in touch with (except for collections dep.).Only real concern was the factory cd changer that was told came with the vehicle, but was missing. Apologies given after research on the matter are accepted, however, erroneous information should be avoided within the overall "car buying experience." Would refer others, but insure awareness of the "minor flaws."

I absolutely enjoyed the experience overall. The variety was very good and the service was fast. I was a bit taken with the fact I had to carry a note on the taxes and such, which was a bit overwhelming. I was told it would require $400. In reality, it was much more. However, I rode with the $400. Another thing is that they tried to call me one morning and could not get me as I work until 5 am and get home at 6 am. Naturally, I was asleep. When they could not get me, they began to call the list of 10 people. One after another. It was just moments after I did not answer their calls. It was quite embarrassing and I really took some bad words from some very good friends over this. IBut, I should have made sure they were hearing me while I was buying the car when I kept telling them not to call before 2:30pm. I hope they now realize this. I already have another car and it runs just fine. i just wanted a second car as well as a newer one. With the recession, my credit took hits. They helped me.I did not realize the vehicle can be disabled via satcom until I got home and read a little closer. I don't like this aspect at all. Whatever the reasons, this is not good business whatsoever. All it takes is one idiot iat ALF to flip he switch on you and you are in a world of crap. Other than that, I would still give a two thumbs up for them.

I have to say I went to Auto Loan Finders feeling a bit skeptical as I had been turned down by others dealers. I had pretty much given up on my search for a car. I went to my appointment and was treated with respect. They worked with me and put me in a car I was truly happy with. Thanks to them I am leaving with a 2007 Mazda 3 with awesome mileage. Another Happy and Satisfied Customer!

My experience of car shopping has been dreadful! One dealer after another, car after car!
That was the case until; I was introduced to Autoloan Finders Inc.
They started the process online, making it easier when, I arrived on site.
I had nearly given up on the car buying process but the staff at Autoloan Finders Inc. made it quick and easy! To my surprise, I got a vehicle less that what I originally intended to pay.
The staff was very friendly and the finance terms very appealing to a woman on a budget!
What was most impressive was the opportunity to re-establish my credit rating.
How many dealers truly help you to achieve financial freedom?

The car-buying experience with Auto Loans Finders was so much better than at any other dealership. It did not take all day and I was able to get a great car. Mike Lehman explained my credit report to me in plain terms and I was able to get a GREAT 2007 Mazda 6 with low miles. The car is great and I think Auto Loan Finders is too!

I want to take the time out to thank Snell Camero,Freddie,and Marie for helping me where everybody said there wasn't any help.Auto Loan Finders is a place that I would recommend people to purchase a car from because they help you rebuild BAD credit, their cars are in really good condition,and have very low miles.Snell was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me and my family.Snell put me in a 2006 Magnum I never thought that I would be able to get such a GOOD vehicle,but Snell made it all possible so I thank him and all the employees at Auto Loan Finders Inc.

I purchased a Chevy Cobalt on 10/6/09, and I just wnat to say that I am loving this car, my loan
officer was very helpful too. I was in a bind also with a previous car and I did'nt think that I would be able to get another car, but thanks to Joe I did. I would recommend anyone to this place who is having a hard time getting financed. This is the place where you need to be. This no joke and no gimmicks, they are real, and they will definitely help you get yout credit straight. ALF is highly recommended.

I was recently in the market for a vehicle and due to bad credit I was limited to who would finance me. I heard about ALF several years ago but never considered going there until a co worker recently recommended them. She spoke very highly of her experience so I decided to give them a try. I was fortunate to have Mike Lehman as my sales coordinator. He was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. After about a month back and forth with Mike due to my indecisiveness I finally purchased a 2007 Ford Five Hundred. I am pleased with my purchase thus far and would definitely recommend ALF to anyone with credit issues that is in the market for a new vehicle.

My credit has a lot of issues and most car lots made me feel like I needed to put thousands and thousands down to ride but Snell at AutoLoanFinder's was the best. He was patient, honest, and very professional. I will refer them anytime... I was approved for a 2007 Chevy Impala (Clean).

I just purchased the toyota corolla 2004 and it runs like a beast. out of the small variation of cars, i actually found more than just one car that i wanted, so that was good. i would recommend them to anyone with bad credit, as they can help you rebuild it.

My advice to anyone seeking a car when making your appointment try to get there as Early as possible and make sure you have all the required documentation

I purchased 2008 Kia Spectra on 9-12-09; at first it was not the vehicle I really wanted but after my test drive I decided this is the car. I noticed the car pulling to the right; Freddie-Sales Rep assured me his Service Dept will correct that. After expressing my concerns, Freddie was pretty straight forward with what I had to work with. His honesty was appreciated. We originally applied through Lending Tree and they connected us with Auto Loan Finders. They were very diligent in trying to set up an appointment over the phone and by e-mail.

Jack Smith was our sales rep and he was great to work with. We were able to find a vehicle within our budget. He made the process quick and easy and we were able to drive the car home the same night!

I was very pleased with my sales person. I was also excited by the loan process and the prospects of getting a better credit score in the future. I went for my appointment at 6:30 pm on a Monday and had my car by the next day. The loan process was simple and well worth it to get a fresh credit start.
My only suggestion is that when you sign the page about what still has to be done to the car, make sure everything that was promised has been done prior to signing or is on that page to be completed.

I purchasesd a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My experience was a pleaseant one because they told me what i needed before i even got there and the process was exceptionally quick. It was great customer service and Mike the Former Marine, Ooh Rah, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a car through auto loan finders about 2 weeks ago. The process was pretty easy. I didn't have to wait for a long period of time, and my sales consultant was really nice. I had all the required paperwork that they asked for, which also made the process go smoothly, and I got to drive home in my car. I also think that this is a great program, and they provided excellent customer service.

I recently purchased a 2004 BMW 325i from Auto Loan Finders. The car is beautiful and drives like a dream. My Loan Coordinator was Ken Pope and I honestly could not have asked for a better person to assist me. He was patient when I asked a thousand questions, wasn't pushy and was overall awesome. I was happy to be asked to write a review because I was planning on doing it anyway! I have NEVER written a review on ANYTHING but Auto Loan Finders was helpful, understanding and caring to my needs. I had bad credit and am still quite young so everything they did and are doing for me meant THAT much more, as I slowly establish good credit with them. I could not be happier with my experience or my car! I ended up leaving the lot with a "red" car and I absolutely love it! THANK YOU SO MUCH AUTO LOAN FINDERS!!!!
