I concur with all the other reviewers.
We were glad to find this place after driving around the block a few times. I had quite a few things I wanted to frame after a tour in Afghanistan, but didn't know how much it would cost and thought the nature of the job would be difficult as the items were large and very bulky.
It turned out the lady had already framed most of the things i wanted to frame because of the work she's done with the military. She had the layout and color scheme and frame all ready from using it on other jobs, which saved me a lot of trouble seeing as picking out colors of matting isn't exactly my forte. I've been there twice and will be back again soon. Very pleased with the experience.

as a SCAD student I have to have my work framed frequently and I need it done in a specific way.
They are soooooooo nice at this place!
( before I found this one I tried several other places in town, and was so horrified by the bad customer service. .)

They really go out of their way for you even for small orders.
also the price is much more reasonable than other places in town (Great for my student budget!)
I would rather give this place my money than get treated crappy at those other places in town!

I spent about 9 hours one brutally hot summer day going around Savannah checking the prices for a picture I wanted to frame as a gift to my mother who was visiting this past weekend. I was really depressed when I realized that I wasn't going to be able to afford to give this gift which I had put so much thought into. I had decided to give it up when I realized that the last place on my list was also near the Back in the Day bakery and they have these ice mochas there that are unreal. So I stopped there and walked around the corner to the frame shop. They helped me for well over an hour, probably two, I'm really picky and poor, and we put together a frame and a matt that I could afford and that was nicer than anything I had seen all day. The best part though is after shopping all day the best quote I found was $200. At Maldor's it was $90 total. They had it done for me in 3 days and it was perfect. I gave it to my mother last night as she was leaving and she was in tears. It was a nice moment that almost never happened. So I'm giving this shop 5 stars and a big THANKS!

I tried this frame shop out because of the review I read on here and I believe the positive review was spot on. I am very impressed with the quality of framing for the price. I had an idea of a frame I wanted to have customized for a show and they built it for me. They turned out exactly the way I imagined (actually better) and the price was ridiculously cheap for all the work they put into it. I used to buy a similar frame for my canvases at another place and the molding was prefabricated and I was just looking through my records and saw that it was double the price!?!
I hope they stick around a while with prices like these because I have many more shows for them to frame.

they are far and away the cheapest place in town...especially if you just need simple black frames...they always have great price on those. They are also very friendly and very personable unlike any other sterile frame shop i've been in. there is only one other place that compares to it..a place in India i used to use...it was in someones house and i ended up having dinner with them...i got the feeling that it could have happened again with the nice couple at Maldorors...but i digress. this is the ultimate frame shop..world class.
