I would avoid doing any work with this company at all cost. The manager, Kristin S. Dyer is an extremely rude and arrogant individual. Any business dealings I've had with this individual over the phone have always resulted in her being verbally abusive and demeaning.

In addition, her management staff at the company owned Eagle Ridge Community in Marion, Iowa uses non-legal eviction notices as a means of intimidation to current residents.
