Tuesday House is a wonderful place to find a whole variety of items from furniture to dance shoes. You never know what will turn up every Tuesday, since Tuesday is the only official day they are open, so it is best to get there early. I went the other day and saw a beautiful corner hutch being loaded on someone??s truck. Darn my luck! They have extremely reasonable prices too. The money goes to support such a good cause, the Mutual Girls Club, and I always end up buying so much more than what I anticipated. They have so many neat and unusual things there. Check it out next time you are out and about!!!

Tuesday house is run by volunteers to benefit the girls and boys club in Bartlesville, OK. There are two sides, run (oddly) independently. One side is run by the women, and has smaller things, the other side is run by the guys and has mostly furniture and appliances and the like. Every week they have a different set of items on sale, usually half price. For example, last week it was brick a brak, books and pictures half off. The prices are reasonable and the place is extremely well organized. There is an antique section (unusual in thrift stores), craft section, etc. Books are sparse but cheap. Clothes are better priced than most places. Be extra careful when checking out, the volunteers may not always remember the sales. Also, I find the level of friendliness of the workers varies greatly. This store is only open one day a week (hence the name) and is popular with locals. The general side is small and is always quite crowded - don't go if you are claustrophobic.
