The workers are rude and nasty. The manager looks like a homeless man. They sell broken and scratched games and movies. THey refuse to take them back and say anything that happened to it is your fault. Even with a receipt they will say they wont return a broken item they sold you. Be smart. DOnt scacrifice it. PAy the extra 5 dollars and get a service and product guarentee. This place is a scam and the uneducated workers are rude and look like homeless people. Guard your credit card numbers around these ex crack addict employees

The staff is always friendly and I have been going here for my c.d. (and now video game and DVD) needs for the past 20 years. I bought my first c.d. here, and I bought my last CD here (which I will by my next c.d. here also). They also have adapted to the times, and are consistently busy, attracting a large and variant clientele base. They are locally owned and are a family friendly business (even correcting people sampling video games if their vocabulary becomes a little too vulger, which I just witnessed on my last visit). THey also have a different way of pricing items, so if you are interested in getting the newest or most popular item, then the chances are you will get the best price here, because the more stock they have... the better discount the customer gets!!! I loved this place as a kid, and continue to love it as an adult. They also have a unique finds dollar c.d. area, which is a good way to pass the time and potentially get a good find. Highly recommended to those who are living in Cleveland (I travel from the east side to go here) or if you are just passing through Cleveland, almost anyone can leave the Exchange feeling satisfied that they either just received a great deal, or a unique find.

The exchange is a nice business that is locally owned and it shows. The staff is ready for conversation and to help in any way. My husband and I have visited several times for gifts and we have purchased a few games including Dance, Dance Revolution and Wii Mario Kart. We always got a good price and they informed us of return policies, etc up front. I really like this place and will definitely visit in the future for other game purchases.
