. . . when the food was edible here and the service was decent. It was $40.00 and some change for our lunch, no booze, and WE LEFT HUNGRY!! We've gone back twice now hoping things were as they were a few years ago and we disappointed both times. (There won't be a third; we're just not THAT stupid!!)

PROS: You have the place to yourself -- no other customers
CONS: Very expensive, bland, nursing home food; worn, dirty looking facility

Once known for their Sunday Brunch and breakfasts as well as delicious homemade soups and chowders and interesting quiches, this place seems to have fallen on hard times (their Gift Shop downstairs also went out of business). Even though everything was overcooked/borderline burned, it was cold and many items listed on the menu weren't available the day we were there. The place could use a good scrubbing, especially the nasty little restroom.

PROS: Could be cute place if decorated; nice view of North Andover Common
CONS: Overcooked, overpriced food; cranky and unpleasant staff
