El Burrito Loco

Never going back!! Very unprofessional and can't understand a simple order like 2 steak tacos-meat and cheese ONLY! The last 3 times we ordered the tacos (for my young son) had steak, cheese and onions, steak, cheese and lettuce and the final time was on January 25th, the tacos had everything on them. I could not be more specific ordering (in person) that the tacos were to be meat and cheese only. Even after our order was bagged, I again asked to be sure they were meat and cheese ONLY. The cashier went into the back and confirmed with the chef-Yes, she confirmed, they were meat and cheese ONLY. Arrived home-everything on the tacos. I was forgiving the first two times, not the third. We will never return to this location-they don't have a clue.

i went today this evening about 730 or so. ordered a chicken salad. and soda. i got soda. and some chips. salsa. half hour later i noticed my order didnt come in, i wasnt paying much attention since i was reading a magazine. i was really dissapointed today. how i was neglected at this restaurant.
