My husband and I recently decided to trade off our older SUV for a good used (low miles) economical car that had some trunk room. I'm a hard person to please when it comes to vehicles. I like to look at them (brouse) without being bothered by anyone. My husband is the opposite. T & C allowed us both. I roamed their lot off and on when I had time and checked their website regularly for incoming used vehicles. This gave me lots of useful information on pricing, equipment, gas mileage, pics...both new and used veh. When we were ready to trade, I had a good idea of what I liked and didn't like (which is important to some women). I asked for the salesman I had spoken to several times(he was friendly and patient)
and my husband explained what we were needing and the price range that fit our budget. The salesman recommended a Toyota Corolla. They had a few used ones on the lot. (This is one of the
ones I liked in my research) We drove a few vehicles and decided on a 2010 Toyota Corolla 4dr with very low miles. This vehicle fit our needs and was in our price range plus gave us the gas economy we were looking for. I feel we got an excellent deal with our old trade in. The finance person was really nice taking time to explain all the paperwok details and any options that we might want to take advantage of. The main thing was---There was never any pressure at any time!!! That's the part I liked the best!! Don't forget to bring your trade title and lien release with you and remember: you don't have to take their first offer. Don't be afraid to bargin with them. That's just part of the experience.

We shopped around and found the best deal at Town & Country! The sales staff was very helpful and patient. They had a huge selection of cars and trucks to choose from and excellent financing options! I highly recommend Town & Country for their service and selection!!!

While car shopping at Town and County Motors, I was not pressured by any of the sales people. They were very helpful finding a vehicle that fit the needs of my family as well as our budget.

Worst customer service ever! Problem didn't start until after I purchased a vehicle, but when I asked about my title (which they were holding until they got the title of my trade in from my bank) they would tell me they would call me back, and never would. I would call them back later and I was specifically told that my bank sent them the title and they were waiting for it, but my bank said that they told them they never sent the title. After two and a half weeks of this I needed to get another temp tag, but the dealership flat out refused to help me in any way. Now I have no car to drive thanks to misinformation and the unwillingness of the dealership to help out a customer. My suggestion? GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
