I have had a very hard time trying to get somewhere to finance me with my latest bancruptcy. I have went to a couple of Dealerships on Woodville Rd shopping for a car during tax season, but everywher i went they treated me and my husband like TRASH they rejected me in a click. Thats BAD!!! I was serious and wanted to do business but obviously a lot didnt. Once I stepped into the lot. The staff greeted us respectfully, called a salesman to help us. We waited like 5 minutes but that was not a problem because we knew that we were going to make progress. We told the salesman, Mo what we needed and in a glance Mo showed us the available cars in our price range. We found our dream car for a amazing price. I have heard Rumors about Woodville Auto but They R Great!!!!! Dont listen to the rest , woodville is the Best!!

I'm wary anytime someone says no cons to a place like this. I think some of these reviews may be done by the company. \n This place has overly priced vehicles (check kbb) and sold as is. The sales people are fast talkers and don't tell you information such as market pricing of a car. They say there is 0% interest but you can tell easily that the care is marked up 4 times as much in order to cover their order. The down payment probably covers the cost of the car and anything else is clearly profit for them. This is obviously a business that is trying to sell cars to desperate people. I'm glad I did my research on the cars online before I contacted them. It was easy to see thorough their lies after I researched the cars they offered. \nDon't buy here if you don't have to!\n

If WOODVILLE AUTO FINANCE was the last place on earth to buy a vehicle, I would rather walk then to buy from them again!!!\r\n\r\nI have been leasing a vehicle from them with a $3,000 down payment. On top of the payment I had to pay an extra $800 in taxes (that I didn't know about until after I gave my down payment).\r\n\r\nA few months (6 months) after my work hours were cut on my job I called in advance to let them know that my payment would be late, MO said ""that's not going to work out"" I asked why seeing as though I have always paid in full and on time, except for this one ocassion.\r\n\r\nAnyway, to make a long story short, these people are MONEY HUNGRY WOLVES!!\r\n\r\nThey smile, act friendly and are willing to negotiate with you to get you to lease one of their vehicles, but once you do that they aren't willing to compromise with you when you run into financial difficulties...SHAME ON THEM HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

I've practically rebuilt the car I purchased from Woodville Auto. It's been less than a year that I've made this awful decision and EVERY month I'm at the shop getting it fixed for this or that! The payments are low so you can afford the unbelievable amount of repairs you will have! Buyer beware!!!\r\n

I wish I had gone with my gut when it told me to run & save myself after sitting down wiyh Moe, the sales guy that gave me a really bad feeling due to him trying to convince me that the lot down the road were not 0% finance and he knows how they operate indicating that they were shady(see I test drove the other lots vehicle to W.A.F.) & his fast talk, but I was in a hurry to buy & I liked the look of the suv he showed me so the deciding factor was the other lot not being 0% financing but I later learned they were & i'm sure he knew they were. The engine light on the suv I ended up buying came on about an hr1/2 after I left the lot. I called immediately & they did nothing stating that cars are sold as is, the problem cost me $300. so obviously they dont check their vehicles for quality(a simple check with a diagnostic machine) or they know they're selling bad vehicles, I believe its a bit of both. Learn from this & buy at a quality lot that at least offers a waranty. \r\n

I called to check on the availability of a 1997 Mustang GT; the first woman I spoke to, I assume the receptionist, rudely suggested that I should read the ad if I wanted details (I already had, several times, and I was looking for details that weren't listed), and then told me I needed to call back later to talk to a salesman. I figured, fine, she must just be having a bad day.\r\n\r\nA few hours later, I called and spoke to Amed (as instructed by the receptionist). Turns out, being unhelpful and rude must be their MO. I politely posed my questions to him, each of which he replied to in a demeaning fashion, such as saying that ""all Mustangs have keyless entry,"" which is not at all true, especially on mid-90s models. After he showed zero interest in helping and we hung up, I called back to let him know that he and his employees had just lost a potential CASH customer, he became extremely argumentive, talked over me so as to not hear what I was calmly trying to tell him, just kept raising his voice, and ultimately hung up on me.\r\n\r\nI will NEVER give this company ANY of my business, and judging by the way they treated a potential customer over the phone, I would recommend going somewhere else. There's always another car out there.

I Recommend this dealership to everyone, i enjoyed choosing a car i felt safe buying and knew i was getting a great deal.
