I currently deal with all of my auto repairs, I have been going to see al and bob there for over 9 years! I have had a lot of different repairs done over this period of time, also my husband and daugher have had work done there also, we had a engine put in our explorer about 6 months ago and have not had to take it back once we would recommend quality one

been in the auto repair industry for years im writing this review because of the great experience i had at als quality one my van broke down over the weekend and brought it to him first thing monday morning they told me it was an internal tramsmission problem but i allready knew this with my auto repar experience they told me it was going to be 1400.00 to 1600.00 to rebuild so i called two other transmission shops Total &Woodhaven both gave me higher estimates and longer turn over time without looking at the van so decided to have al repair my van they kept it at the 1400.00 dollar price and van is running perfect and let it be known the customer service was great lou and robin

I took a GM with 75K on it running perfectly to these guys for a $50 fluid and filter change. As soon at they opened it they claimed the fluid was low and burnt (odd, it was bought from a Ford dealership 15k earlier, no leaks, etc, and trans fluid had been replaced previously). Then started saying it couldn't be put bach together as it was and needs a $175 diagnostic inspection. Then called back the next morning saying it needed a full rebuild $1650 and it was in pieces in their shop, high-pressure had to have immediate answer, charged an extra $100 to pay by credit card. Only 12K mile warranty. On finally getting the car back the 2-3 shift was no longer right. noticeable harshness that wasn't there before. Demonstrated this to them 10 days later at the check up and their 'mechanic' said it was because the 'new clutches hadn't broken in yet' and it would be gone in a few thousand miles. It's still there 40K miles later.

Strongly advise you don't let your vehicle come anywhere near these guys.
