.

Had frequented the establishment for well over 2 years. The food was usually good, but can be hit or miss. The staff tends to berate customers who complain about getting orders that are subpar and often do not offer a recourse. Regular customers are not valued. I suggest that even if you are a regular that you complain to a manager immediately when getting bad food. Taking care of the issue later only results in dealing with an obvious inept regional manager who does not return calls.

After having a real customer service issue, I sent an email via the Fricker's website and exchanged emails with a person in payroll named Karen who arranged for me to speak with the regional manager named April. I was called one time by the regional manager who left a voicemail apologizing and wanting to talk further with me about my complaint. My attempts to call her back went unanswered as well as another email to Karen who informed me she would remind her.

I have heard nothing from April for weeks now and my complaint still remains unanswered. I have also come to find out that the regional manager has a daughter that works out of the Fricker's that I wish to complain about. This company obviously does not value the business of a regular customer and leaves those who complain to go elsewhere for business. Such a shame.
