One of the worst experiences we have ever had. I had purchased my wedding gown from them, recommended them to a friend whom had bought a dress, and purchased a bridal gown through them. This company cannot admit their mistakes, refuses to think outside the box for a solution and is unwilling to help our their loyal customers. We will NEVER recommend them again. We will NEVER go to them again. It took them TWO months to get the bridal dress to me. They said they would ship the dress to another store closer to me, two weeks went by, did not hear anything back, called again, was told it would be at the store near me in the next day, another call was placed asking for the dress again to be shipped. By the time it arrived the dress needed to be altered. There was no time to alter the dress with less than a week till my friends wedding (who also purchased her dress, and all the brides maids dresses from the store I MISTAKENLY recommend.) I work full time and have a child and called their main store to get a solution. I was treated like crap for their mistake, not mine. The 'manager' cheryl made me feel like it was my fault it took them TWO months to get me my dress. I asked for a solution and they couldn't even admit their mistake with the notes on their computer system. I feel disrespected as a customer, but also betrayed when I had previously spoken so highly of them. I am now left with a dress that doesn't fit, no solution to fix it with a wedding in a few days. Please support a business that is willing to admit their mistakes and worth with their loyal customers and not make them feel worthless when a situation that they created arises.

We used Mestads for their tuxedo delivery service, which we didn't find available at any other stores. They brought our tuxes to our rehearsal location and when a few guys needed adjustments, they had extras in their van. It was an incredible experience and worth every penny!

I had a great experience at Mestads! I worked with the nicest consultant who took her time to find me MY dress, not just A dress. It was so refreshing having a bridal consultant worry more about my needs than her commission, which wasn't my experience in other stores. I didn't buy the most expensive dress in the store, but I was treated like a princess anyway! THANK YOU Mestads, for taking the time to care about your customers!
