Had them put four new tires. Drive home pulls to the left after they tell me the alignment is fine with print out telling me it is good. I call them and they say that dont sound right bring it in and we will look at it. Did that and they tell me that the alignment is off and it will cost 59.99 for all four tires. I drive home and now pulls to the right and the alignment sheet they gave me says it is bad but not as good as the frist one but better then the second one. Very nice people but the first job never got done and after bringing back still not done!

I was in need of some brakes for my vehicle according to another shop who quoted pads and rotors for about $350.00. Tires Plus Lakeville offered to inspect my brakes for free during a oil change. After their inspection they had noticed all I had was a small rock pebble stuck between caliper and rotor creating noise. They removed the pebble and noise was gone. I found this to be very ethical as I was prepared to spend money on brakes.??

DO NOT GO TO TIRES PLUS IN LAKEVILLE!!!!!!!!!!
They are the worst place. I was leaving for texas and wanted to make sure my oil was changed. I sent my daughter who is 18 to take it down and wait for it while I went grocery shopping. I gave her my credit card and they were aware of this. What I did not know is that they were gioing to tell her that not only did I need my oil changed but I needed new brakes and new tires. That our trip would not be a safe one unless the maintenance they suggested was done. I was furious, what is wrong with poeple today!!! I had my brakes done two months before hand. The tires after taking them to goodyear after I got back from texas still had 50% of tread left, and if that isnt the worst part on my way back to MN my engine light came on. They apparently forgot to fill the car up with oil!!!! I stopped in another auto service and they put almost 2 quarts!! They apologized to me and gave me a card with free oil changes on it.. Will I ever use it HECK NO. My car is a 2007 Toyota Avalon and I would like to keep it in working order.

The retail tire care repair business is stained by tires Plus poor work ethics. They charge you 150% over the cost of a part and almost $100 per labor hour to install.
Tires plus goal is to rip into the cond of your vehicle and tear into your pocket. They actually charge you to do a TPVI vehicle inspection that allows them to take a surgical look at your vehicle.
They recommend fluid changes that are NOT needed, brake work that can wait and all kinds of goofy services that line the pockets of the higher ups in the company.
Tires plus has the last word when there monthly store income goes up at the cost of unsuspecting customers.
Come on $19.99 for a " battery guard", all they do is clan the posts and spray some crap on it. Cost them about $ 1.50. I have had the same battery in my other vehicle for 5 years with out a "battery Guard". There is 100 other services that they try to sell you, THAT IS WORTHLESS, AND COST you MONEY.
STAY AWAY FROM TIRES PLUS. Put that extra money where it is needed, in YOUR pocket

I recently experienced how costly it can be allowing a repair shop to work on your car that uses inexperienced mechanics.
My 2000 Chevrolete Impala stalled on the inerstate just before Thanksgiving. The tow truck driver recommended a local dealership. I was told it was a bad fuel pump and it would cost me over five hundred to fix it. I agreed and picked up my car the next day. While driving home the car stalled again. I had it taken back to the same dealer and was told that the ignition switch was defective and spent over two hundred to repair it. A couple of days later my car stalled again. Feeling very frustrated I called my friend for a lift home. He told me about an older mechanic who specialized in problems like this one. He advised me to go to Tires Plus in Lakeville.
Tires Plus had my car for most of the next day. The mechanic called me himself and told me he had found the problem. There was a shorted wire under my intake that was blowing my fuel pump fuse. He said it took a while to find it but was sure that the mystery was solved.
They only charged me 150. dollars for the repair. My car has been running great since. I will never go anywhere else. Proof positive that you should stick with a mechanic you can trust to do the job right the first time.

On Sunday, December 7, 2008, I towed a disabled 2000 Chevy Malibu, after confirming that following auto repair shop had time to work on it.
Tires Plus ?? Lakeville, MN
17900 Kenwood Trl
Lakeville, MN 55044
952-435-2110
I knew when I towed the car to Tires Plus that I had either a bad starter or a bad cable going to the starter.
I received an estimate over the phone to replace the starter for $485.00. This estimate seemed very high but because my car was disabled, I agreed. Then on the 2nd call, I was told, labor came to $100.00, $20.00 for diagnostic (which was a rip) and the rest was for a lifetime guaranteed rebuilt starter.

Right after agreeing I had second thoughts and I called someone I know at Auto Zone and received a quote for life time guaranteed starter for $150.00. After that, I stopped into Tires Plus ?? Lakeville, told them they where price gouging and taking advantage of someone with a disable vehicle. The owner said they did not have to take that and would not work on my car!

I then stopped in and talked to O??Reily's Auto Parts and received the exact same quote of $150.00 full retail for a lifetime guaranteed starter for the same car. Tires Plus in Lakeville called me again on my cell phone and said they would do the starter for $430.00. After many angry words I again told them they were very dishonest and refused the offer.

After retrieving my car key, I stopped in and received the following written estimate from another local Tires Plus of $285.00, $215.00 for a brand new starter and $70.00 in labor to install it I would then have to pay additional charges for towing to to bring it to their store in Apple Valley

After hearing of our frustrations at Tires Plus, a neighbor recommended a local mechanic that was willing to repair our vehicle. Included in his charges of $305.00 was towing of our vehicle 11 miles, a rebuilt starter and labor charges. Our car was fixed within 24 hours and I feel that something should be done so other customers of Tires Plus are not price gouged in the future.
