I had several phone calls with John (Lutane) to try and figure out what was wrong with my 2010 Jeep. He was very polite, interested and did not rush me to end the call. Most times when I call someplace I tend to feel like they (men) don't want to waste time telling a female something. Made me feel that he cared and was interested in helping me. When I called back to schedule a time to bring my Jeep in, John again took the time and explained the drop box outside so I could leave it before opening hours. Kat was nice enough to come out and take my keys even though it was before 7:00.
Later in the afternoon I got a call from John and he explained what was done to my Jeep and I liked the printed profile I received when I picked up my Jeep later in the day. And it was so nice to see myoid family friend Bill Boggess working, he is such a nice guy.
I chose to come to Champion 1. because of the location, close to my work. 2. A co-worker and his wife
(Doug & Kelly Wood) purchased a vehicle at Champion recently and gave rave reviews.
I will definitely return to Champion, not for the 2 reasons stated above but because I received such wonderful service.

This is a service I'd expect for free before I pay for parts and labor, but not with their organization. Any other reputable business would have treated this as an opportunity to gain my business. I have bought multiple cars from Champion, have referred friends and relatives, and have specifically requested that your organisation handle accident repairs on my vehicles. But after this weekend I'm going to make it a personal mission to show the online and offline community just how rotten a community citizen your organization is. I've never been more taken advantage of, and for $165.

I recently bought a Town and Country from Champion Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. The General Manager, Barry, lived up to the reputation of "used car salesman". Prior to buying my vehicle I was told I would be eligible for the VIP program for life by my salesman which included free oil changes. This was one of my deciding factors since my payment was about $20 more /month than I wanted. I felt this perk off set the difference in the monthly payment. Upon signing the final paperwork, I was then informed that I was only eligible for 1 year of the VIP Program. My salesman was new so they called him into the ofice to inform him of his mistake. They did not offer to honor what I was told, which was disappointing. Another concern was that after a test drive I questioned whether the van had blue tooth capabilities. My job has me on the road quite a bit so this feature was very important to me. My salesman was unsure about this feature so asked the General Manager, Barry. Barry assured me the van had this feature even after I pointed out that when I pressed the Uconnect button a message popped up that said it was not connected. Barry said it just needed to be reprogrammed and instructed me to come in the next day to have someone set me up. When I returned with the van, I was informed it did not have Blue Tooth capabilities. Barry denied telling me it had the feature. The salesman then offered to pay for a blue tooth from Fry Electronics out of his pocket. Barry never came out to apologize or offer a solution when I confronted him further on this subject he went as far as to hang up on me when I caught him in a web of lies he wove over the past 2 weeks. I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Champion. I have to question the Integrity of a business that has such a person in a manager position. I am not sure how he sleeps at night making a living out of deceiving people.

Rather than ordering the part so I would only have to come back to the dealership one more time, the dealership's warranty person insisted I had to come in once for the warranty inspection and again when the part came in. What! They sold the car with the broken latch and failed to repair it. Later when the brakes went out prematurely the dealer's warranty person insisted this was not covered. It was - I called Chrysler and found out the warranty was extended due to premature brake failure. What corked it for me was when I had a corrosion claim. Not only was the warranty person unhelpful, after I tried contacting the service and then general manager, it appears he started to actively work to get Chrysler to deny coverage. At least that is what I felt when my call to Chrysler's assistance center told me warranty coverage was denied. I hadn't even filed! Thankfully, I got another dealer that actually looked at the problem, discovered there was a defective weld, and got coverage. There are good people at the dealership. But, the management is unresponsive and unwilling to deal with customer issues. I will not buy from Champion again.

Hello! Thank you very much. Brian and I are getting used to our new vehicles. We both really like the Liberty and Dodge trucks we purchased. I would like to say thank you for your quick response to me on Monday when I visited the website. You were very responsive in getting back with me and getting an appointment set up for Brian and I to test drive the vehicles. In addition, I want to thank Ron Stone who was with us from 5pm until after midnight on Monday night. He went on test rides with both Brian and I and survived riding with me. ? He was also very helpful and did his best in getting me a good deal for my new Liberty. We came in yesterday so I could give him the title to my old vehicle and Ron was very helpful in explaining the vehicle functions to both Brian and I. I also would like to thank Anthony, the Sales Manager. While Ron was working with me on getting everything set up on my Jeep Liberty, Anthony worked with Brian in getting him a good deal on the 2010 Dodge truck. He also stayed past midnight while we were working to finalize Brian??s deal. Brian felt that Anthony really went out of his way to work with him in getting a good deal. Then there was Rick in Finance who also stayed past midnight to work out the financing for both Brian and I on our vehicles. He was very helpful and did a great job in getting us set up with the appropriate payment plans and options for our vehicles. He was very helpful and answered questions we had about the process. There were also a few workers that stayed to clean up both new vehicles and get them ready for us to take. They helped with unloading Brian??s truck and again stuck around to get the new vehicles ready well past midnight. I work in Customer Service in my position with AT&T and I really saw first- hand from everyone at Champion a 1st rate customer experience. It is one thing to say we are a place that offers great service but everyone I dealt with at Champion went out of their way to provide an awesome experience to both Brian and I. You proved it by going above and beyond for us. Just the fact that everyone was willing to stay and work beyond their working hours to help us shows the dedication and support that you all provided to us. My dad works at Chrysler in Kokomo as a cuttergrinder, so we get the "green slip" discount whenever we purchase a new vehicle. Sometimes, this means we get shoddy service, but Steve has always been very accommodating and pleasant with us. In 2007, we bought a black four door soft top Jeep Wrangler. We LOVE the car and have named it "JW". It has also held value. This year, we went back when it was time for me to purchase an SUV, since our family grew. We test drove and fell in love with the Dodge Journey. Steve was busy with another customer when we arrived, so he told us to take it out for as long as we wanted, so we drove it around and went to dinner before returning. It was definitely the car we wanted to buy, but we needed it in white, with a few other amenities that the one on the lot did not have. He searched in his system and had one brought in from Evansville so that I could get everything I wanted. He also told us there was an extra incentive of $2K off the vehicle (on top of my green slip) he could offer us, so we got a hell of a deal on the Journey! He was always really easy to work with. They only get 4 stars, b/c both times we had bought a vehicle, their finance department screwed up the paperwork, requiring us to return and sign more papers days after we had driven off the lot. This time they had put the WRONG name of the car on the documents, and since it was my work vehicle and I have to send all the paperwork into my company, there was a delay on the approvals since we had to go back in and re-sign the loan papers. That is just a dumb inconvenience and tainted an otherwise perfect car buying experience. All in all, though....I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep vehicle. They are easy to work with and relaxed. Downside - WHY does it take 5-7 hours to complete a car transaction. This is the third car in five years we have bought and it just seems insane to me how long it takes? Anyway...check them out for your next car purchase if you are into American car choices.

This will blow your mind. We took our Chrysler 300 in at the end of August because the check engine light came on. They diagnosed it as a coil #1 issue, and changed a coil and charged us 300 bucks. A few days later the check engine light came back on intermittently. We live on the Northeast side of town so it was a few weeks later that we were able to finally make it back in. The same mechanic looked at it and said it is good to go because at that time the light had gone off. So we kept driving it becuase after all the certified mechanic said it was good to go. The light kept going on and off. Finally two weeks ago, we said enough and took it to Midas. They tested it and got a coil #1 error. They popped the hood and noticed a nice new coil in the #2 slot. They explained that the #1 coil was much harder to get to, but did the job and replaced the coil. I then called Champion back and asked them to verify the service that they did on our car in August. They again told me they changed the coil #1. I explained to the very nice service desk lady that they actually changed #2 and asked to speak with the service manager. Unfortunately he was in a meeting so she said she would have him call me back. He never did, the service desk lady called back and told me he said that the mechanic wrote it down wrong and it was really a #2 coil error. Ok, so let's recap. (1) In 2 1/2 months the mechanic remembers this situation exactly and that he wrote down the wrong coil number? (2) The service manager couldn't call me back to tell me this, he had to relinquish the call to the service desk lady. (3) And finally that was the best excuse they could come up with! I mean come on. So needless to say we let it go, but if anything I know they will lose at least one customer because of this. By the way, our car runs perfect now.

I have always been well taken care of and when I ever have any issue I bring it to the attention to management and we always get things resolved to both our satisfaction. They truly understand how to take care of a good customer. I have also dealt with Ron Stone & Rick Haeick in sales and Jeff Klein, the service manager and even the owner- Fernando Falcon and they always treat me fairly and with the greatest of respect. I really appreciate the great service! And a special thank you to Scott Strong today for the great financing rate he got me in purchasing my lease. With the ecomony as terrible as it is i never thought i would be purchasing a new vehicle. Turns out it was the smartest decision i ever made. The incentives on new cars right now is crazy awesome. Champion was very honest and upfront about what they could do for me. It just so happens that i am now driving a Ram 2500. I never would have bought a truck (with gas the way it is) but if i service my vehicle like WE ALL SHOULD BUT DON"T than my gas bill should be sustainable. The whole experience was actually enjoyable! I plan all doing all further business at Champion. I have sent several family memebers since and we have all recieved the same respect and friendliness.

I purchased a truck from this dealership recently and was impressed by how well I was treated. I was surprised by how happy everyone seemed. Though they all seemed busy they still took the time to say hello or offer a smile as they passed by. They were willing to listen and took the time to understand all my needs and wants. I also took the opportunity to have my car serviced in there service dept. They looked my vehicle over and provided me with a complete brake down of the work needed and the amount it would cost before the work was preformed. They then only fixed the problems I advised them I wanted them to fix. They also ran my car thru the car wash when they were finished as a courtesy for my business. Talk about great service with a smile! Thanks Champion CJD for the excellent service! Oh and the best thing is there life time warranty on all featured new vehicles.
