Great work by the body shop - BUT - really poor customer service. Recently had Zeck Body Shop complete a significant repair to my SUV's front end. Work looked great and I was initially very happy. Unfortunately, later there were some issues with the work and when I attempted to address them with the Body Shop I was told that not only was the problem not attributable to Zeck but that I was completely wrong about the issue. There was absolutely zero interest in seriously considering my concerns; further discussion with the Body Shop manager initially resulted in the same answer from them - could not be there fault I was wrong about the issue. After significant explanations the management finally agreed that it was possible that they had made the mistake and that they would replace the damaged part. Unfortunately this came after nearly 40 minutes of conversation. I feel quite sorry that my initial very positive impression of Zeck has been completely changed - quite disappointed in their approach to customer service.

This body shop is not worth giving a star to. They ruined my car. I received my car from them with more things wrong with it than when I took it in. I had storm damage to my car and needed a whole new paint job, windows replaced, etc. Because it was an insurance claim, Zeck added more to the bill than what needed repairing so they could get more money out of the insurance company. Plus, they got paint on my interior upholstery and side mirror. When I got my car back I noticed that the replacement windshield had a defect in it: a bubbly rippled line six inches long. When I told them about it they said they would replace it for free because it was under warranty! Why did they give me a bad windshield to begin with! When I went to roll down my window it fell out into the car (a window which they claimed was damaged and they replaced). There's more...they replaced the bumper with an inferior aftermarket bumper and it started falling off the day I drove it off the lot! The bumper doesn't fit properly on the car either. I also found one of the tires had a slow leak which I didn't have before I took it to them. The light assembly, which they also claimed to replace, stopped working within a week. After talking to my insurance company I took it somewhere else to fix what they did wrong. Now I am receiving mail from their relative trying to sell me auto insurance. My car was better off before I took it in.

The title department person is not customer friendly at all. Quick to judge. Wanted to argue and raise voice. Don't care for helping the customers at all. Helping customers are the main focus in todays' business. This person needs to releax, ackonwledge, listen, list options, and yield to understand the big picture that customers do matter!

They tell you it is in solid mechanical condition, then when you drive it off the lot and something immediately fails (which either they knew about or should have known about), they claim not THEIR problem.\r\n\r\nWorst dealership I ever dealt with!!\r\n\r\nAnd their internet sales manager will not support the buyer either...\r\n\r\nBuyer beware...stay away from this dealership if buying used vehicles.

This dealership does not stand behind the products they sell...mainly their used cars. Cons: honesty, customer service, standing behind what they sell...should I go on
