Stopping your nickle return on bags reused was a step backward. You could have set a good example for other stores. I was very proud to tell my friends about your policy and encourage them to shop there (with their own bags of course). BIG MISTAKE!

They are large and have a bit of everything at good prices but the people that work here are awful at customer service. No one will help you when you need help to find something, they are rude and handle your products roughly and terribly at the check out. If i was in charge of hiring, only a handful the their employees would still be working.
