Loved the friendly staff, went for a spa party with my girlfriends for a bachelorette bash and everyone had such a great time. They allowed us to use the waiting room to set up our food and wine so that we could socialize in between

Seasons is a teaching salon and encourages it's stylists to assist one another to provide the best service possible, no haircut is considered simple but a canvas for a personal expression of art.........

It's alarming when you get a master stylist and she has to stop in the middle of a SIMPLE haircut on you to ask another ("Advanced" master stylist) how to cut your hair on a SIMPLE CUT. enough said.

Do not get threading here! I repeat, do not get your eye brows threaded at Seasons Salon and Spa. I had a horrible salon experience. Waited 40 minutes for Sherri (or whatever her name is) to come and get me to get threaded. Receptionists

I took a couple friends there - none of us having ever been there - for some open house night that I got notice of by email. It didn't say it was a fundraiser and required a minimum donation....that was a surprise getting there, but we

From someone who recently worked at Seasons but unfortunately had to move, I can tell who each person it is that wrote some of these negative reviews and they are terminated employees. It is not fair to lash out on the internet claiming

First off this establishment doesn't even derserve one star. This salon is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen or been in, and for those of you that liked it and had something nice to say about it you must have caught everyone

I recently booked a massage at Seasons with Christy. Felt perfectly safe with the salon since I have received pedicures there for years - even reffered family & friends.\r
I have been getting deep tissue massage regularly for the past 15

Seasons Salon & Spa was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I'm new to the area and came across this salon after performing a google search, it sounded and looked really nice. The look of the salon was the only thing about this place that was nice. I was told that haircuts range betwen $30-34.00, a good price- average price for a nice salon. As I sat down in the chair, the hairdresser weaved her hands through my hair and exclaimed, "Whoa...someone needs a highlight"! Half way through my experience she then told me my hair was destroyed from the repeated highlights I have had in the past. This made things just a little akward, because really, what was I supposed to say to that? I told the stylist (Michelle, I think her name was) that I wanted a longer "Victoria Beckham" hairstyle stacked in the back, however with the exception off being long enough to be able to throw up in a ponytail. After about 15 minutes, she placed a mirror in my hand and told me how it looked, my hair looked exactly like a bowl cut, HIDEOUS! I pointed it out to her and she spent anout 15 minutes trying to fix what she had created. It took me about another 3-4 responses to get her to cut my hair the way I had hoped she would know how to...FAIL. Oh, then GET THIS...she askes me, "So...what was your last stylist like?" I responded that I never had a specific stylist to what she repsponded, "Oh, your one of those people"??? Excuse me, but what exactly is that supposed to mean? To make a long story short, I went to the check out where I was told I owed $60.00!! I about fell over This haircut was the absolute worst cut I have ever had, anyone has ever had for that matter. The stylist was lucky I was, "One of those people". I have never been so insulted or ripped off in m life. Please, do not go here, If anything, choose "Great Clips" over this place, I'm sure they will listen to the style you want and treat you with the respect you deserve.

Cons: they ruined my hair

I travel all over the U.S. for a living. When I come to the Lexington area, I go to Seasons. The staff is friendly and accomadating. My color is hard to do but they handle it well and with confidence. I`ve been to there spa twice and both times it was very good.

First of all I had to rate this & no star is not an option. Now, my point: The Salon owner is a raging lunatic, who tries to control her staff with ridiculous contracts that say if you don't sign you are fired. Hence, why they refuse to tell people where their stylist went, that is the Owner talking not the staff. I have had friends who previously worked for this establishment and were treated absolutely terrible. I would go to the kiddie barber before I would go to Seasons. In all the times I visited this Salon I never felt comfortable, the owner is arrogant and looks down on people who she feels are "less fortunate" than her; if only we could all have a sugar daddy. I WOULD NEVER suggest this Salon to anyone, even people I don't like. I hope any stylist looking for a job reads that insane contract before signing it.

Cons: ABSOULTELY TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT

I have never had a more awful experience with a salon in my life. The salon staff is rude, unprofessional and dismissive.

Do not go here for a makeup application. They do not have an area or products dedicated to the service and you'll spend 45 minutes on an uncomfortable stool in the retail area bad lighting while you're made up with product testers. Need to use a product they're not "testing"? Too bad--you'll have to make due with whatever make up they have laying around.

The only high points to the salon are that Brittany (the manager) is pleasant and an accomodating over the phone and Cara (I may be getting her name wrong--she's the receptionist), who finished my make up after the salon staffer refused to finish. However, the hospitality ends there.

I went here to get my hair cut and brows waxed. I was looking for a new stylist and they set me up with one who was great (can't even remember her name so we'll call her Jane). She cut my hair twice then switched to a different salon. I was perfectly happy staying at Seasons and going to a different stylist, but then I got a letter in the mail informing me not to follow the "Jane" to her new job. I had not been planning on following her, since I had only been to her twice and wasn't THAT loyal yet. But just the fact that they felt like they needed to butt into my personal choice in a stylist was really irritating. Maybe they should mind their own business and hope I stay with the salon because I choose to, and not because they tell me to.

I chose Seasons because I had read good things about them, but my haircut experience was one of the worst I've had. My stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and I ended up with and unflattering cut - I even found after washing and drying it myself that it was uneven! Overally I was very disappointed in seasons and I won't be returning.

I came to Seasons because I was following a stylist there. I went twice, and received wonderful service from from my stylist as well as the staff. The space is lovely and everything a spa should be. One day I called to book an appointment and found that the stylist I'd been with for months had left - it could very well be the same one as the previous review. The staff insisted that they'd been sending her clients to a different stylist, and that she was no longer with the salon. They outright refused to tell me where she'd gone, and they wouldn't even tell me her last name so I could find her! I was repulsed that such a "upscale establishment" would conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner. I eventually found my stylist at a different salon (hurray!), bu Season def. lost all my business for good.

I decided to treat myself to a day out at the spa, so I found Seasons, and thought the prices werent so bad. The atmosphere is lovely, very nice and modern. I would recommend the Fitness Facial to anyone, as well as the Relaxation massage. However, the lady who did my pedicure acted as if it were the last place she would want to be. I tried to engage in small talk, but she would give me one or two word answers. Infact she sighed the whole time i was having my pedicure. The customer next to me tried to talk to her nail tech as well who also did not want to talk, and even rolled her eyes at her client when she got up from the bench to wash something, I thought it was very unproffesional. So in my opinion just be careful who you get. I wont ever be back for my nails because my pedicure didnt turn out that good, especially not for 50 dollars, when i could have gone to a smaller nail salon and had better treatment for half the price!!

I went to Seasons salon this spring. Billie gave me the best haircut of my life. When I called to schedule a trim, I learned he left. Of course, Seasons would not tell me where Billie went. If any of you have information on his current salon, please post it! Thank you.

I had been going to Seasons salon and spa since opening, and I was pleased with the services and the spa, especially the spa treatments. I had a stylist there who had left, and I wanted to continue going to that particular stylist. While inquiring where my stylist had gone or how to get a hold of my stylist they were of no help at all and refused to give me any information. I wanted to continue coming to the spa, however due to the blatant dishonest behavior regarding my stylist from management/ownership, I chose to get my spa services elsewhere from now on and would advise everyone else to do the same. I did eventually after many phone calls and searching find my stylist with no thanks to Seasons, and am happy where I go now.
