Storage Banc

Brentwood facility is in a flood plane and this was not disclosed. Their insurance, including supplemental insurance, does not cover floods. In Sept 2008 the flood waters were about 4-5 feet high. We lost everything. An owner/manager was walking through and told me that I could move my stuff to another Storage Banc. Firstly, I had nothing left. But I told him that I wouldn't be using Storage Banc anymore. He YELLED at me as he walked away saying that I should have bought supplemental insurance! (You know, the kind that specifically does not cover floods!) We were all covered in mud removing boxes of muddy soaked ruined possesions and he showed no sympathy whatsoever. It was just another business opportunity.

Unfortunately, my position as a pharmaceutical representative was eliminated and after eight years as a customer, I had to vacate my storage space last Friday. I can?t say enough about the employees at Storage Banc and the service I received. I always felt that the building was secure and well maintained. I was in the climate building, which was even more secure than the outside storage. They were easy to work with and accepted the packages that were delivered there. I am sorry to leave under these circumstances, but would recommend Storage Banc to everyone.

I will tell all my friends and family to use Storage Banc from start to finish very proffesional and freindly great prices, outstanding service. Very easy to use you guys are cutting edge. I will never rent a truck again! your driver put the 4 storage boxs in my driveway and gave us several days to load at my pace I never felt rushed. My wife and I had to go through every room in my house and were able to give away alot of things we really did not need to store so we needed less storage space and saved money. Appreciate you Guys!

I have used this location once in the past and I am renting a storage space for my business shortly after Jan 1. Excellent facility with good security and friendly mgr. I especially like their door locks and all the video cameras.

My experience with Storage Banc on Woodson was horrible. Initially I was told the mobile storage vaults could hold 1 1/2 to 2 room plus boxes; however, discovered it may hold a small kids room. I was quoted a price of approximately $200 for 1 month and before the end of the month I was charged over $400. As a customer you don't receive a copy of the contract until they delivery the vault and debit your account. Management agreed to waive the pro-rated fee (another charge they don't tell you about initially) but once I scheduled my deliver date he didn't honor that agreement. I honestly feel as if I was discriminated against for being black and a female. Every comment the customer service representative made was very sarcastic, demeaning, and unsympathetic. Moving within itself is very stressful but Storage Banc has made this entire experience a nightmare and I hope that others don?t make the mistake of doing business with a company that don?t consider their customer?s a top priority. In addition, none of the contracts that were made by Storage Banc were valid they have the capability to change their minds and alter them at the customer?s expense. I suggest that everyone avoid this company like the plague otherwise they will rip you off too. I would never recommend this company to anyone I believe their ultimate goal is to continue to use unethical business practices and make as much money off of one customer as possible.
