I do not live in this complex but I have a membership to the gym there. It is a very nice club house. The building has cameras that monitor it, which makes me feel a little safer at dark. It is a 24-7 hour access with a key card so I'm happy they have the security cameras, and it's well lit. It is always clean, I usually see someone walking around cleaning this up and wiping off tables. Everyone seems to be very nice.
Downstairs there is an outside basketball court and an inside small area they use for racquetball and B-ball I think. A work out room for Cardio equipment, a workout room with free weights and machines, a pool room, and the locker rooms. The work out rooms are small but get the job done. If you are looking to a cardio machine there is a little wait but it's not too bad, I can find something else to do in the weight room. The complex is huge compared to other apartment gyms I've seen.
The pool is 3-5 ft deep but it has a ledge around half of it for kids to play on and you to relax and sit on. It's 3 ft at the steps but it's 5 ft through the pool it seems. It's clean and not too busy with people. Although it is supposed to be heated and the same temp all year round but it's not. It is Freezing in the winter, so cold I can't even go (which is why I have the membership). I've complained several times but it isn't getting any warmer and they don't really seem to care that it's not. The baby pool has been ice cold since day 1 a year ago when I started going and it has never been fixed either.
Overall the place is clean, orderly, fun, great pool room half the year when the water is a decent temperature.
