Overall a nice choice for the semi-suburbs - it suffers from the same ailment as other places in the area, just a little too expensive for what you get, but still quite nice.
We went on a rainy weeknight, but called ahead since we'd never been there before and knew it was small - they had a table set up with menus and water for us when we arrived. The service was very nice over all, although both courses came pretty quickly, no overlap, but a longer spell would have been okay too (I'm partial to 10 minutes or so between courses).
The menu was small, but nice. I had a beet and apple salad with walnuts and blue cheese that was excellent and scallops with celery root risotto that was also quite tasty. My husband had fish cakes and roasted chicken with green olives and finger potatoes, both were good, but we thought my meal was better. That and a $30 dollar bottle of wine (no cocktails available) got us out of there for about $100, before tip.
The decor was nice, a bit eclectic, casual, comfortable. Overall a good experience, but still not quite downtown for close to downtown prices. That being said, we'll happily be back.
Pros: good food, easy parking, nice atmoshphere
Cons: slightly overpriced
