4 Stars: Great, fast in-store service (by Aaron W.)

I brought in a computer after it had been riddled with viruses and pop-ups to the point I couldn't even log in anymore, let alone get it to boot up to the log-in screen. I just dropped it off, filled out some quick paper work, and left. Just the next day I received a call saying my computer would be finished and ready for pick-up the next morning! I was surprised at how fast I got it back as well as the reasonable prices. I'll definitely come back for future computer problems.

5 Stars: Great Shop (by Richard C.)

I'd like to consider myself tech-savvy. People are always calling on me to do maintenance and repair their computers. So I found it funny when my personal computer began running real slow and after hours of trying to establish what is wrong, I still had no clue. So I decided to get some help and found these guys online. I took it to them and they got my computer running faster than I had it running! A few cheap upgrades here and there and a bunch of system tweaks got everything running super smooth. This all happened within a week. I recommend this shop to everyone. When I have no clue when friends and family have me check out a computer, I tell them to call San Diego PC Help.

5 Stars: Great Onsite Service! (by Josh M.)

I work for a small office in San Diego and it came time that we needed our computers networked so we could share files internally and access them securely from home as well as print to a single printer. I am not computer savvy and we did not know anyone locally who could do this for us. I called around and talked to a few companies but was just confused after i got off the phone, San Diego PC Help were the only ones that could explain everything in a way that even I could understand and there prices were much lower than anyone else I had talked to. They were able to schedule us in for the next day and one of there friendly techs showed up right on time. He was able to set everything up for us in a matter of hours and even train us on how to share files, print, and access everything remotely. If you are a small business and need any help with computers i HIGHLY recommend San Diego PC Help. They are professional, fast, reliable, and you cant beat their prices.

5 Stars: Affordable, honest computer repair and PC/MAC support. (by Jason S.)

I am so sick and tired of seeing my friends getting ripped off by so-called experts who come to your house and "fix" your computer and network, or stores where you can drop off your computer and pay insane prices, wait 3 weeks for repair and then get told your computer is junk and you should upgrade. The horror stories are everywhere. Nobody is honest anymore.

I gave San Diego PC Help a try because I was given a very strong recommendation from a friend who had used them to fix his computer. They removed viruses and did a complete tune up for about half of what the other companies charge.

Well, I have to say that the experience was surprisingly wonderful. The website is very clear and easy to understand, with alot of information on the services and pricing, which is all laid out in a menu-type of flat rate system. I called their toll-free number to get their address and then dropped off my computer at their Miramar branch and was treated to warm and friendly personnel, who also happened to be technicians. No money was required up front and I was in and out in five minutes. They called me after the free diagnosis was performed and gave some pricing and recommendations on repair services. I took their recommendation and waited for the next call to find out the results.

A few days later, they called me and told me the computer was ready. I had a number of virus infections and spyware items. They cleaned those off, plus installed some open source security software which does not require yearly subscriptions like Norton and others. It's a nice change when a company doesn't try to upsell you on software but instead just offer a reasonable solution that will benefit the customer most.

All in all, I was absolutely impressed with the speed, quality of service, and the actual repair work. They even cleaned my hardware for free! Now the computer is secure and is running almost twice as fast as before, with no hardware upgrades necessary.

Check them out and then go there immediately and save yourself tremendous time and frustration by dealing with pros who are knowledgeable and honest!

I brought in a dell computer that was giving me lots of pop ups and also occasional blue screen errors. They were able to repair the operating system and remove viruses and spyware programs from my data. No more rip off companies like Geek Squad! These guys know what they're doing and they're fast.

PROS: Fast, reliable, honest computer repair services.
CONS: None.
