John Brady represented me for a speeding ticket recently (February 2014), and he was able to get the fine down to a minimum ($99) and all of the points removed (4 points). I am extremely happy with the outcome. I hope I will not have to hire him again, but if I ever do get another speeding ticket I would definitely use John Brady.

The so called review by Mark T. is a scam. I will tell you right upfront that I am Attorney John S. Brady. I read this review by Mark T. recently and went through my records to attempt to determine who he was, but since he did not include his last name I was not able to. My belief is that he was a plant by a competitor attempting to steer business away from me in order to help his bottom line. He claims that he hired me "to reduce a speeding ticket to a reckless driving ticket" to avoid points on his license and would have his fine reduced. First it should be noted that I would never reduce a speeding ticket which ranges from 2 to 5 points in the State of New Jersey depending on the speed to a Reckless Driving ticket which in NJ is 5 points. THat would not be a reduction. So his 1st statement is a lie. He then mentions a suspension. Curiously he never mentions the speed that he was charged with. In some courts, the judge will suspend your license based upon the speed before the downgrade. I discuss this potential with EVERY client. In those courts where the judge suspends everyone over a certain speed I always advise my client and then let them decide whether or not they want a trial. This individual, if in fact he even exists, and is a real person, would have been given that option and I would not be able to enter a plea unless he either appeared and personally established a factual basis on the record, along with a statement that he was entering the plea under his own free will and not under duress, or signed a written Affidavit attesting to his willingness to enter the plea. It is very easy to make essentially anonymous and false claims against someone on the internet. I can only speculate since I do not know who this person is, or even if he was really a client, but normally these bad reviews occur as a result of unscrupulous tactics by competitors or in some cases those who failed to pay for their legal services and lash out when measures are taken to attempt to collect what is owed.

Scam!!! I hired John for a $240 NJ speeding ticket in 2012. He mentioned he would reduce the ticket to a reckless driving ticket to avoid points on my liscence and would have the fine reduced if I paid him $300. He did represent me and did have the ticket changed to a reckless driving ticket but he did not have the ticket reduced. I had to pay $240 to the court then got my liscence suspended for 15 days and had to pay another $100 to have the suspension removed. So I have learned my lesson. Just pay the ticket and don't hire a laywer who says he will help you. The only thing John S. Brady did for me was make me pay a total of $640 for a stupid $240 speeding ticket. Don't trust him because he fails to mention all the details untill his part is done and now your dealing with the courts paying all these extra fee's he failed to mention.
