I walked in and was immediately greeted by staff. I was looking to have a custom frame made. The man told me about their process, and, being the first time I have done this, he told me of how it is often more expensive than people realize. He assured me, however, that we would work together to find a perfect frame at a price that would work for me. And we did! Custom framing will be pricey anywhere you go, so I was not put off too much by the cost. I was very happy with the service I received, including recommendations on size and color of the frame.
