.

I called and had an inspector come and check an outside new installation entrance box on our pole. Not only did they check that but also took the time to look at the internal box at no added cost to make sure we would have no issues.

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing an inspection prior to having the electric company hook us up.

I am writing this letter to inform you of my recent business transaction with Mr. David Little, Electrical Inspector. I first spoke with him on Thursday, July 30th regarding an urgent needed of inspection on an apartment building. He informed me and my fianc that he was sorry but, he didn??t have any opening until Tuesday, August 4th and if we were able to find another inspector before he could make it to please call and let him know that we wouldn??t be needing his services. We were unable to find an inspector that could come any sooner. So Tuesday came and gone and he didn??t show. So I phoned Fred Fitch to obtain David Little??s number( Fitch was the one who refereed us to David Little) After I was able to connect with Mr. Little he told me that we didn??t have an appointment although he did have a few recollections of our conversation. So he informed me that he would come Wednesday afternoon, I wait for him until 6pm, then went to take care of my elderly Grandmother who is in a nearby rehab unit. David Little and his wife showed up at my house at about 7:45pm. He wanted to be paid but unfortunately I thought he was going to no show again, I spoke with him and his wife more than one time neither one of them told me how much the inspection would cost nor told me they have need payment up-front, so he agreed that I would mail him the payment the next day and he would contact NYSEG the next morning, and he and his wife left without expressing the need of an urgent payment, after he was told that if he wanted I would be home in about 45 minutes and would be able to pay him at that time, he choose not to wait. His wife phoned me asking me if she could stop by the hospital and get payment. They were in Elmira, I was in Waverly, Mr. Little then informed me that he needed payment before he would process the paperwork. He then tried to tell me that my fianc told him that my Grandmother was in a hospital 45 minutes away in AN ICU, and Mr. Little was told that I would be home in about 45 minutes and that I was taking care of my grandmother as I do every night since she was admitted in April. He refused to honor his prior agreement of processing the paperwork the next day and allowing me to mail payment, he informed me that I was an untrustworthy person, because how dare I have him shuffle his appointments and have him drive two hours out of his way and not have his payment. He and his wife informed me that he would be to my apartment building in the afternoon (I define afternoon as noon until 5pm, he arrived at about 7:45pm). After we resolved this matter he choose to go and see one of my fiance??s good friends, Keith Johnson and see if we were credible people and slander our names! I find this man to lacking in customer service skills.
