If you want your pet cared for, don't use Dr Carey or your pet may die. I had the worst experience with her.I had to take my dog to an emergency room for proper treatment, something she should have done. The only rating this lady get is a minus of all the stars. I wouldn't recommend this person for any animal treatment.

My first experience with Dr Jones was when we moved here from Chgo with our shepherd who had recently had surgery. From the moment Dr Jones met us I was confident that I would never again find a more caring veterinarian. When our shepherd passed, Dr. Jones and his wonderful staff sent cards and phoned us to offer their kind words.
That was almost 9 years ago! And I still feel the same. His warm and compassionate approach towards our pets is amazing. His patience and informative manner is always appreciated. His love of animals is passionate and his patience with my endless questions has never waivered.

He is truly a wonderful person, everything you would want to find in a veterinarian. I should be so lucky to find a physician with such qualities!

Arriving in Orlando recently I could find no solid recommendation for a good vet. I visited two via an internet search only to discover old facilities, with indifferent staffs -- doctors were ok, but at least one overcharged me. Then someone at a dog park recommended Animal Health Center and Dr. Doug Jones. Oh, how I wish I had found him before! Nice, modern and CLEAN facility. Staff excellent -- knowledgeable, friendly, highly professional. I KNEW the second Dr. Jones walked into the room that he would be THE vet for us as long as we live here -- the search was over. From the way he presents himself in terms of his demeanor and look, to his interaction with my girl, to his medical knowledge, to the ample time spent, there wasn't even a moment's hesitation about him. This fellow is as great with the owner as with the pet -- which means a lot. AND, no frivolous charges -- very reasonable. If you've been searching for a vet, look no further. (BTW, I'm a theme park cast member)
