We have ridden at Holly Hill Farm and have mixed feelings. This is a high end show barn and while the training is excellent, if you don't buy or lease an expensive horse and equipment you won't last here! That is ultimately why we had to move on. I think we finally realized that having the most expensive horse doesn't necessarily make you a better rider! In fact riding lots of different horses more likely will produce a top rider. I did give this four stars since the facility and training is tops.

This is strictly a show stable.\r
People are KNOWN for coming to the barn with one horse, coming out with another. They don't accept anything but the top, even if you cannot afford it. They push you to show, and barely teach to tack up and care for horses. Although it is good care, the price is constantly going up, and they will give anything to win at shows. It is a good place for people who are VERY competitive.
