Let's bust up all these lies.
1) You are breaking the terms of service here by posting a review as the owner of the business.
2) Dave Melson owns (at least when I contracted for him) Computer Repair-a-medic (among many other names) and his company never did anything that would qualify me as an employee beyond contract work. So I wasn't on your company payroll and thus not an employee but a contractor with no company benefits.
3) I was already running a business before I contracted for his company (you knew that already), doing things in the field of computer technology that his company never did or could do for that matter.
4) His non-compete attack is nothing by hot air. It does not exist, nor did I agree to it. As a matter of fact his latest non-complete document was specifically labeled to non-agreement by me when I saw it and he has nothing to stand on legally because of this. If he did, court action could have been done back in 2005, but here it is 2007 and nothing, because nothing exist. Period.
5) None and I repeat, NONE of his customers are/where/ever stolen or coerced into doing business with me. Given that what I do for a business is nothing related to what his company does also makes the point moot. Just because a customer comes to my company for service and did business with your company in the past means nothing to me. No more than a gas station can accuse a pet shop that it's stealing it's customers.
6) And finally to put the slam dunk on this lame. Dave Melson worked as the manager for CompUSA for years before he started his business. A lot of those customers he worked with came over to his business, so basically he stole customers from CompUSA and broke whatever non-compete clause he signed with them if any. So basically that means his is being hypocritical here.
If anyone needs to be a man, it's this little guy who instead of putting his money where his mouth is, resorts to lame attacks online in secret.

Pros: Sorry, none exist

Cons: Too many to fit in this line

A 24-7 Computer Repair-A-Medic is an amazing success story. Based in Franklin, It was started by one guy with nothing but a lot of faith in God, and has grown to one of the top IT Company's in Middle Tennessee. I am the President of A 24-7 Computer Repair-A-Medic, and I give God all the credit for our success, and believe it is a miracle.

I want to respond to the review by member knightmb. The reviewer is not being honest. His name is Michael Brown, a former employee of my company. He "is" telling the truth when he says that I am very angry with him, and pursuing legal remedies against him. In this business, you only need two things, skill, and customers. we have a lot of problems with emoloyees and former employee's pursuing outside work with our customers. That makes it necessary for us to require a non-compete agreement from all employees. Michael signed a non-compete agreement with my company. After he resigned, I found that he had started his own business, and was engaging in business with my customers in violation of his non-compete agreement. It costs a lot of money in advertising to earn new customers. I believe he should be man enough to earn his own customers instead of stealing them from his employer. Call Computer Repair-A-Medic at 790-1010.

The owner called at one point this year and was very rude. Cursing like crazy about his business. Has been threatening legal action and other very unprofessional conversation. I know he has smart people working for him, but his behavior is why I never refer anyone to him again. Avoid this company at all cost, go with someone else that is more honest.
