.

From 2009: This location of CVS is located in Tenleytown. It is conveniently located for my workplace and the Metro station, so I stop in once in a while to quickly pick up a snack or personal care product that I need. Prices can be a little high, as is typical for drugstores. I don't like when so many kids hang out in front of the store. Perhaps that's why the store had an employee standing at the entrance. Lines during checkout were a little long, but the cashiers worked as fast as possible and seemed nice.

Update from 2011: I have gotten a flu shot there, picked up some prescriptions from the pharmacy, and used their Minute Clinic. The pharmacists could be more organized when a customer picks up a prescription. The nurse at the Minute Clinic was nice but could not help me with my condition (although the website and advertisements say that they can), but she made a couple of phone calls to arrange for a doctor to help me, which was very nice and helpful of her. Minute Clinic is at least convenient because it treats minor ailments and no appointment is needed, as long as there is not too much of a long line of patients who show up.
