Maybe the deal with Fattoush is consistency, or rather inconsistency. I don't know how else to explain the range of opinions. Personally, I've been 6-7 times and have always been pleased. Shawerma, baba ganoush, gyro salad (piled pretty high with tasty meat right of the skewer), falafel, grape leaves are all good. The kibbeh is good. Maybe I've been lucky but it has always been pretty good. They could probably stand to rearrange their menu to offer some of the typical mezze items at a lower price so you could order a few of them together and not go broke. Other than that, it's good food, close enough to downtown and west end to go in for a casual lunch.

Pros: fresh and tasty

Cons: consistent?

.

Prices too high and very small with salads. Give a little layer of lettuce and some chopped up meat on top and charge $7.99. Very poor value. Other Greek places in-town taste much better and give you a decent size salad. They used to be much better. Now, they've gotten very stingy.

Pros: Location close to downtown

Cons: Prices too high, food does not taste that good and portions too small.
