She will not respond if you send her detailed e-mails--even when it's your ONLY form of communication. She never sends out detailed invoices when changes are made. And she is incredibly rude. All I wanted for my reception centerpieces were simple bud vases with two flowers in my colors and some light filler--and she said I wouldn't like it. Then she asked me what my PROBLEM was! And then proceeded to tell me that money seemed to be my problem and asked me what it was I wanted to do. I TOLD her what I wanted and she refused to do it.
