I was very excited when I saw the new restaurant Kabob Factory. I liked the way it looked inside, which was very fancy. I thought the food was delicious and the service was amazing as well. I felt very fancy when I ate at this restaurant, and I hope that I am able to come here more often.

I was excited when I saw a Kabob place come to town but my experience at The Kabob Factory was very disappointing. The staff is unattentive/borderline rude. As far as the food goes, it too was very disappointing and overpriced at that. I definitely will not be returning here. For all you Kabob Lovers, you should try Moby Dick in Kingstowne instead, the food is great and the prices are fair.

This restaurant used to be Gennaro's Restaurant (Italian), but new owners have the Kabob Factory there instead. At the time of the re-writing of this review (November 2008), the restaurant still has the Italian decor on the walls. The atmosphere could be improved, as diners have no privacy with the open space. Even if you whisper, other customers hear everything. Perhaps some taller walls would improve the experience. As for the food, it tastes good and is authentic. I have a Middle Eastern friend who thought that the food was just so-so. Food on the menu consists of soup, salad, kabobs, sandwiches, and a few vegetarian entrees. The Kabob Factory is open seven days a week from 11 AM or 10 or 11 PM.
