They came to clean our sofa and love seat. They did a decent of doing this; however, their machines released a lot of liquid cleaning chemical on our living room items (Piano, TV, etc.) and floor creating stains that are hard to remove or could not be removed. They need to warn the customer that their machines will do this. Cover your floors and furniture with sheets and towels when using this company.

I had the darndest time getting the blood er, I mean, cranapple juice stains, out of my 3,000-count egyptian cotton sheets, but these guys nailed it! My sheets looked newer than the day I charged them on my black Am Ex.
