This is not the Glen Burnie Metro Swim Shop that these customers are talking about. This is the on-line business based out of corporate headquarters in New Jersey. Please contact corporate about these issues. We still pride ourselves on customer service and making sure that our customers are properly taken care of.

NEVER order from these people!!!! My daughter ordered a lifeguard suit on June 11th, it wasn't shipped until the 25th, after she called. The sizing was not according to their info so we returned it(paying shipping, of course). It's now July 23rd, no suit. The worst part is, they billed me twice for the suit in June;I was told to fax a copy of my credit card bill to show the accountant. I inadvertently left my number on the bottom of the bill, and 2 days later, someone fraudulently tried to order a virtual gift card using that credit card. Funny timing, don't you think? Luckily, the store didn't send it when they couldn't verify with me that I had ordered it. I don't trust them, and their customer service is horrible(tried to call at 4pm today and no one is answering the phones!)

I ordered 3 items, but they only delivered 2, which were not the ones I ordered. So I returned them but they never sent me the correct ones. They will refund me the money .The other one was on back order and after 5 phone call they hopefully sending me a replacement.
