Infiniti of Greenwich

I had a great experience at Greenwich Infiniti, it was hands down, the best I've ever had. The staff at the dealership was like a big family. When you buy from them, you become part of the family. It's like buying from an old family friend. AND they are so knowledgeable and they don't pressure you to buy like other dealerships.

I worked with Tony- he is the internet manager (I believe). I contacted him via email interested in the Infiniti G25. This man was amazing. He promptly responded to my questions and addressed all of my concerns without hesitation. He was also diligent in sending me four different options for my situation. I really couldn??t have asked for more from a car salesman. He went above and beyond my expectations. I didn??t end up purchasing that day but when I was ready to come in, my same deal was still on the table. I am very happy with my new G25 and with the great people I met over at Infiniti of Greenwich.

Hassle free Sales and Service at Infiniti of Greenwich. Just leased my first vehicle at Infiniti of Greenwich. Boy, was it a great feeling to drive out in my new Infiniti. I was a bit skeptical at first, as my credit is not all that great and it was my first car buying experience. However, Infiniti of Greenwich made it happen. Not once did they tell me they couldn't get it done. That??s what reassured me the most about my decision. In the end, I received a very fair deal and low monthly payments. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Thank you!

I can't recommend this dealer enough. Tony, the Internet Manager was excellent, straightforward, honest, and clearly had our best interest in mind. After we had agreed on everything, we went to see the Finance Manager. I tensed up, because this is where things always go south - they oversell, tack on fees, and otherwise try and make it confusing to you. Not so here! The finance guy was great too! Highly recommend this dealership.

This was the easiest and most satisfying buying experience I have ever had buying a car!! I highly recommend Infiniti of Greenwich. I had originally stopped in to look at an Infiniti G25 and was helped by a very polite young man. I later sent in a request through the internet and the internet manager contacted me immediately. He answered all of my many questions, and when it came to buying the car, it was a very comfortable experience with low pressure! Even when I talked to the Finance Manager, he was very friendly and clear with my purchase options. I was in and out in no time. I was a bit shocked of how quick the transaction was. I am very satisfied with this dealership!

I would recommend anyone to purchase at Infiniti of Greenwich. I had just come from a very bad experience at another dealer and I was wary of car dealerships after that experience. My salesman, Bruno was very kind, knowledgeable, and he listened to my wants and needs. The whole sales team worked very hard to obtain what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I had a great experience at Infiniti of Greenwich and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again. Awesome sales team, environment, and outcome!

I have never had a more pleasant experience leasing a new automobile than I had working with the personnel at Greenwich Infiniti. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and enthusiastically. Tony couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. The car was delivered flawlessly. Tony has continued to contact me to ensure that I have no after sale problems or concerns. I am completely satisfied. My experience with this dealership was and is so positive, that I have no doubt I will be a returning customer.

Very pleasant experience. Low pressure, no games, no thousand trips to the finance office, just the kind of respectful and easy process you expect from a luxury dealership. Joe was outstanding, highly recommended, as were both of the finance guys. I would highly recommend Greenwich Infiniti to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

Excellent service representatives. All of the gentlemen are extremely respectful and helpful. I have more than one Lexus in my family; the service representatives make sure that all explanations are clear and precise. They are very knowledgeable; all of my questions and concerns are addressed swiftly and accurately. I find comfort knowing that I can bring my car in for service with confidence that the service department will suggest the proper care and maintenance for my vehicle.

I recently bought an Infiniti G37x from Greenwich Infiniti. Our sales associates were Tony Drewery and Barbra Bauer. Tony provided the initial quote via e-mail for the exact car I was looking for. My husband and I stopped in to take a look at the car and Barbra seamlessly stood in for Tony and accompanied us on the test drive. Both sales associates were courteous and honest throughout the entire transaction and I would recommend them to my friends. Robert Juul is an excellent salesman and does a great job explaining the product as well as technical aspects of the vehicles purchased. I highly recommend this dealership. The staff is extremely helpful and personable. Bruno Coehlo was the sales rep that I dealt with. Getting my car from Greenwich Infiniti was the first time I ever got a car from the dealership and Bruno walked me step by step through the entire purchasing process, from test driving my car to talking me through the financing portion. Bruno is very attentive to the needs of customer. He assisted me efficiently by answering all of my questions and concerns I had.
