I had an issue with bats getting into my house. Love having bats around to eat mosquitoes but I don't want them living in my attic. Baystate was able to find how they were getting into the house and removed all the bats that were inside, all for a reasonable fee.

This company and the guys are VERY good at what they do. I've used them twice at two different properties and would recommend them to anyone. (I had flying Squirrels @ one home & Red Squirrels @ another) They're knowledge, pricing, response time and guarantee are unmatched in their field.

Sean and crew just evicted the smartest suburban Racoon in greater Boston from my Chimney--had her babies in the furnace side and camped out on the fireplace side. Baystate is definitely best choice for removing Racoons!

Awesome service, had another company come and take care of a bat problem for me, I chose them because they were cheaper than Baystate. BIG mistake, the bats never left, but Baystate came and took care of it, best of all, they understood

They did not honor their contract, after many phone calls . to finnish their work, they never called me back. I had to hire another wildlife company to complete their work.
I feel they took advantage of me.

After hearing what sounded like a small party going on in my attic for a week or so and noticing a squirrel sneaking into my attic under a corner of the roof, I called Baystate Wildlife to come help out. They set up a convenient appointment and came out the day after I called (they would have come sooner but I wasn't going to be home). They arrived right on time (actually a little bit early, which I appreciated). The owner, Mark, got up on the roof to inspect the main area where I thought they were getting in, and confirmed that it was squirrels. He put a humane temporary trap up on the roof (i.e. one that would trap a squirrel but still let it live so they could release it) and arranged for Duncan to come out the next day to install a one-way squirrel door on the roof so the squirrels in the attic could get out but not back in, and to squirrel-proof the rest of the house. The quote was less than other places I had called, and they also provided a one-year guarantee that if the squirrels got back in that they would come out at no additional cost to me and do some additional squirrel-proofing.

Duncan came the next day (working in 85 degree heat on my very old roof, I might add), removed the temporary trap, and installed the one way door and squirrel proofing. I haven't heard a peep since!

These are great, honest guys to work with. I'm a single woman, and I felt totally comfortable having them come to my home. They were knowledgeable and take their work seriously. I had some additional questions after they left, and Mark returned my call promptly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of wildlife removal from the home!

We called after continually hearing something moving around in the attic. They came out that day and took a look and identified the problem(s) - squirrels! After telling me what he had to do to get rid of them, he also pointed out the places that needed to sealed up to keep the squirrels from coming back. I was presently surprised to have the job done right away - my wife wasn't too thrilled to be sharing the house with any unauthorized tenants. We haven't heard scratching since!

A week ago I believed I had a problem with squirrels, so I contacted Baystate Wildlife. A man named Peter from Baystate Wildlife was at my house within hours of my call.

After the technician spent approximately ten minutes looking around my house, he showed me feces around the base of my chimney that were from bats! He also pointed out where the bats were getting in my home and upon visiting my attic, showed me where the bats were living and a small pile of bat feces.

I hired them on the spot, and the $75 fee was subtracted from the cost of the work. The work was done immediately by a very professional technician. My house was sealed, and a "trap door" installed to get the bats out and kept them out for good. Within two nights the bats were completely gone and with it the scratching that kept me up at night.

Within four and a half hours of my having made the phone call, Baystate Wildlife had completed the job, which was much appreciated because the job was done before I had to leave for work. I was extremely happy with the job performed by Baystate Wildlife and I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

Baystate Wildlife is a reputable company that works hard to get the job done at a competitive price. The phones are always answered by a competent friendly voice and no job is too tough.

My elderly neighbor who's on a fixed income had the police out to check noise in fireplace, they told her she has racoons and to call pest control.Thats when she called Baystate WildlifeMngnt.Well they came out and looked at her chimney and told her she did have racoons, and it would cost $375. to remove them.So she paid the man,and he sprayed a squirt bottle up the damper a couple of sprays, took her money and left. The next couple of days she still continued to hear them,so she called them again, and they came back out, checked and indeed they were still in the chimney.sprayed again and told her thats it,he cant keep coming out because of the cost of gas!!THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY WOMAN,WHO LIVES ALONE.HOW WOULD THEY FEEL IF SOMEONE DID THAT TO THEIR MOTHER,OR GRANDMOTHER??.She called a local chimney sweep co. who came out and for a fraction of the price removed the racoons the 1st try. She's filing a compliant with the better, business, bureau, and as a neighbor and friend i wanted to let everyone out there know what crooks baystate wildlife mngmt are,and to save your money. ~YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH~

I thought I had squirrels in the walls - scratching noises. I called Baystate Wildlife and the Bat Guys. Both wanted $75 fee to come out and inspect. Baystate came first. Walk around outside, suggested $800-$1000 worth of tree trimming/removal work (of which only $150 was squirrel related) and $800 to set traps on roof. The inspector refused to get onto roof or go into attic to inspect closer. He got his fee and left after only 10 minutes. The next day the Bat Guys inspector came and after about 45 minutes, going around property, getting on top of roof, going through attic, determined we have small little grey things (cannot say "mmicce" on this website apparently). Baystate Wildlife's inspection was poors and his sales pitch was unethical. Be warned to get a second opinion!
