Northshore Brasserie

My husband and I recently celebrated his promotion at Northshore Brasserie. It had been recommended by a few of his colleagues at work. We were blown away. Having lived in NYC for a number of years, we were spoiled by many great restaurants. I'd rank or experience with some of the best we've had. We had escargot and a veal cheek appetizer. My lamb shank fell off the bone and my husbands new york strip was perfect. (The have incredible fresh cut fries) Great wine list as well. What a great find in Knoxville. By far the best!
