Makkoli Seafood Buffet

I recently had my birthday at Makkoli, a guest list of 10 people and we all left happy and full of amazing sushi and Chinese food. It was pretty busy that Saturday night, but we made a reservation beforehand and the servers were really accommodating and kept our table clean the whole time.

I also love their green tea ice cream, fresh fruit and tiny assorted desserts, a perfect touch to such an awesome buffet.

I just went to eat here with my family. For $20 per person, it is well worth it. There's a variety of sushi, sashimi and even hibachi. Their sashimi is so fresh and their raw clams and oysters were simply delicious! I couldn't ask for more. Clearly, a lot of people love it because even on a Sunday night, it was packed. The only problem was my brother found a hair in his water. He wasn't sure what kind of hair it was. We complained and got a free bottle of water and 5% off, but still...check your cups...Despite this, the food is delicious and I recommend this to anyone who is a seafood lover.

I would recommend coming here for lunch since the prices are only about 12 bucks per person. The restaurant is buffet-style and though the sushi isn't supreme, you can get your fill on sushi for a good price. They also offer other Asian dishes which are pretty good, too.

well worth the $20 price.There is a small buffet of cooked chinese/japanese dishes, 3 or 4 different soups, cakes, fruit jello and ice cream. The best is the sushi, all made fresh, small batches at a time. Everything is labeled, there is also sashimi, and fresh shrimp and oysters! everything is fresh, the staff is great, and you never leave hungry
