We take our grandson here every summer because he enjoys running wild through the ship. There are many narrow passageways and stairways so be prepared for a good workout. This as a great day trip for children.

A trip to Battleship Cove in Fall River Ma. is a must if you have an interest in World War Two or the military. The battleship is really an awsome sight. The sub tour was a little tight. I wouldnT do that part again.

Battleship Cove is great for kids, especially for kids how love to climb and explore. The ships are breathtaking. However, if you tire easily or are claustrophobic, this is not the place for you.

Our grandson visits from out of state every summer and Battleship Cove is a must every year. There are several boats to tour including the USS Massachusetts. It can take several hours to tour the boats making it a nice day trip.Touring the trips can be a little strenuous because there are a lot of narrow stairs to climb. However the kids love that part.

This museum is a collection of old battleships and a submarine converted into a museum. It's very interesting to walk around, but the walkways are a little cramped.

As for me, I didn't find battleships particularly interesting, so an aficionado would certainly rate this museum higher than I did.

All in all, if battleships are your thing, you'll probably love it.

Battleship Cove is a great museum for all, including military buffs and little kids. The museum is actually a collection of naval ships, submarine, planes and a couple of buildings withhistorical info. The ships include the USS Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr., battleship Massachusetts, the submarine Lionfish and an East German ship the Hiddensee. All ships here at the cove are accessible to the ablebodied. There are so many passageways and decks to explore! This is a hands on museum! My family and I loved it.

When you need a rest have lunch on the Kennedy in a recreated wardroom. Also on the Kennedy is a moving tribute to those who died on 9/11.

PROS: Fantastic museum
CONS: not handicapped accessible; cramped limited parking
