DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. YOUR CAR WILL STILL BE DIRTY!!! This place used to be great. Not anymore, because of poor management philosophy and poor worker training.

In summary, what you'll get from this place is "Quick and Dirty" with an emphasis on Dirty.

I have been coming here for car washes over the years since they opened. When they first opened a few years ago this place was awesome because of the attention to detail in cleaning up the things that the automatic car wash missed. But this place has gone downhill in a big way. The automatic car wash doesn't get things as clean as it used to in previous years thus leaving more dirt on the car prior to the manual clean up efforts afterwards. But the manual clean up efforts has degraded into doing it "quick and dirty" rather than with attention to detail to get the dirt off. After they were done with my car there were a couple dozen places on the bumpers and lower side of the doors and quarter panels where they completely missed to wipe off loose dirt.

When I pointed out these many areas to them their response what that I should purchase a "detailing package" if I expected those areas to be cleaned. For the $16-23 that they charge for a car wash, there shouldn't be such a shabby job in cleaning up loose dirt or categorizing this as warranting a detailing package up-charge. These areas were easily cleaned up by wiping with a damp cloth. Their staff just isn't trained to have an attention to detail to look for the dirt and wipe it off. They just go through the motions to maximize throughput of customers.

I complained to the Korean man who is the manager there but he was insisting that I shouldn't expect more than their quick and dirty approach and suggested I buy their detailing package. When I told him that I was complaining about loose dirt all around the car that shouldn't be considered a "detailing job" up-charge he said "well, I don't see you coming here every week". Basically he told me if I came there more often I'd get better service.

Wow! What a turn off. I can't believe that he said that (it's bad that he even thought it don't you think?!?). I had to write this up to warn everyone how much this place has gone downhill. They used to be good and my go-to place for car washes. I used to recommend my friends coming here and now I'll sadly have to tell them otherwise and to ignore my previous recommendations. What a shame.

This is the best car wash that I've seen. The staff knows their stuff. Have tinted windows? They know how to clean them. Don't want to drive your car through the car wash? They put it on the machinery for you? Wonder what is happening to your car? You watch the whole process.

Thorough team and great results. I highly recommend these guys.

I went to this car wash several times and they did an "ok" job (fine for the money). I went back on December 30th and had a paper (shopping) bag with 3 items in the bag in the middle of my van. One including a small box with a gift card I received for Christmas. When we got back in the car, we went to our next stop. At that stop, I went to get the bag out and noticed the bag was ripped down the side and the gift card box was gone. The only place that I had stopped since leaving my home was Sud's car wash.

After running my errands, I went back to Sud's (that day) to see if they had "found" the card (I was trying to be nice and assume it was not stolen), they were closed. So, I went in the next morning, December 31st. I was told by a young employee, that the manager, Gene would call me back. I gave him the exact time according to the receipt that I had been in the car wash. He said they would review their "video". I waited for a call from Gene for two weeks and never received it. I called back today and spoke with Liz who said she was the manager. Gene (maybe the General Manager???). Liz said they reviewed the "video" and that they couldn't see in the car but, there were several employees in the car so the likeliness of them taking something was low. I told her that I still had the bag and she was welcome to look at it. She told me that she has signs stating to take your valuables out of the car. I do take my purse, phone, etc out of the car but, never thought I would need to clean everything out of my car in order to have it "washed". Anyway, Liz told me that I couldn't prove anything was taken and that I should have removed everything if strangers were in the car. I told her that I couldn't believe she was willing to lose business over a $50 gift card. She said people say they take things all the time and "find" them later (says a lot about the place, huh?). Anyways, I will return to the car wash I used prior to Sud's opening, Ashburn Car Wash, where I am treated like a valuable customer not a person trying to "get" $50 out of their business

I've been taking three family cars to Suds in Ashburn since they first opened their doors. Making use of the club card and pre-loading a cash card makes this carwash a bargain. Two of our cars have been damaged - outside mirror on the pickup and rear wiper on the SUV - but the owner was quick to accept responsibility and to pay for repairs. No problems since. Highly recommended. Every tenth car wash is either free or reduced.

For 16 bucks they wash the exterior, vacuum the interior, hand clean my wheels, and wipe the car down so well that it looks like the car's been detailed. Once the car proceeds through the tunnel which is one of the longest I've seen here in NOVA, it goes through some sort of assembly line belt where the employees work to clean the interior. Spectacular concept, one must experience it to appreciate it.

Once the car proceeds through the tunnel which is one of the longest I've seen here in NOVA, it goes through some sort of assembly line belt where the employees work to clean the interior. Facility is a nice new place, simple but large.
Entering is a confusing process at first but then you realize it's full service where you exit your car. You can watch the whole cleaning process in the lobby through glassed windows. I saw my 'gray' car turned back to white in the extra long tunnel.
Seeing like 8 people 'attacking' the interior of the car was funny but in the end, interior came out just as clean as the outside.
Overall process was a short wait too.
Definitely worth spending less than $20 for a 10 min process that would have taken me several hours alone.

Stay far away from this car wash. The car-wash scratched my hood and roof. I went in to speak to the attendant who was nice. He looked at the car and then told me to call the owner. When I spoke to the owner about it over the phone, he said it was impossible since the car wash uses a soft clothmicrofiber. He did not offer to look at it, he simply attempted to absolve himself of any responsibility. He then sent me down the road. I know it is possible because it happened! I guess on to insurance for the claim.
