Rice & Noodles is, by far, my favorite restaurant! I moved away from Lancaster last year and every time I go back, I MUST stop here.

You can eat at the restaurant, which is small but very pretty and clean, or you can order and pick up the food. There is often a short wait to be seated, but they are very efficient. The servers are all friendly and willing to recommend dishes if you have any questions.

And the FOOD! It is amazing. I love their fresh spring rolls, especially the shrimp and pork ones. The peanut sauce is to die for. I always order the Vermicilli Salad bowls, which have noodles, shredded lettuce, bean sprouts, and your choice of meat/tofu. Once I add some Plum Sauce and Sriracha, I am in heaven!! Please try this restaurant - you won't be disappointed!!

This place could be missed by many because of it's location. What a shame! I can't say enough about the food. My wife and I have been looking for something comparable to PHO's in Seattle with no luck. This place has surpassed it and some. It's small, very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very polite and very accommodating. It has to be good for me to drive there 1 hour each way two weeks in a row! Wonderful food!

We were in Lancaster on vacation and just happened to find this wonderful treasure. The food is wonderful and service is excellent. Try this if you want the best quality for your dollar. There is none better in the Lancaster area.

The pho here is OK, not the best I've had. They overcharge for small quantities of pho, in comparison to other restaurants. If you go during the peak hours, like 11am-1pm or 6-8pm, expect to wait an hour to be seated. I am not exaggerating; I always have to wait so long to be seated, not to mention to have my order taken. But I'm glad that I became so exasperated with waiting one day that I decided to try another pho place in Lancaster, which turned out to be SO MUCH better. It's called Saigon Cafe in Chelsea Square on Manheim Pike. There is no long wait. The food is so much better and authentic than at Rice & Noodles. You also get more food for the same price. And they also give you free slices of oranges for dessert! I definitely recommend Saigon Cafe to anyone who thinks that Rice & Noodles is the "best" pho restaurant in Lancaster. Go there and compare the two like I did, then see for yourself.

I've had Vietnamese food all around the United States, especially pho, this place is the best in Lancaster, PA. Hands down. The service is quick. The food is always fresh! The restaurant is a little small, but the quality of the food is more than enough to keep us coming back. From what we understand, the family has been in the business for over 30 years, starting in New Orleans, LA. The "other" Vietnamese restaurants are no comparison.
