Agway Pine Bush

Awful, horrible customer service. Shady sales practices, Charged my credit card and still have no pellets. Order 90 plus days ago. Different story every time called with no call back. Am waiting for confirmation on refund requested. Will advise. Also known as nehag.com. Steer clear of these amatures and warn your friends too.

I'd put no stars if it would let me. This was by far the worst exp. in purchasing wood pellets I've ever been through. I rec. the run around for about 4 months. When I finally rec. a call to get my pellets, the person on the other line sounded like he was doing me a favor. The pellets, are the cheapest ones by the look of them. They barley keep my stove running. Hope they get their act together soon, or they won't have to worry about "pre orders", and I use that term loosely.

They have everything I need, it is such a blessing to not have to drive out to Middletown to get all of my pet supplies. It saves me money not only on the product but also on gas. They just have that warm welcoming vibe going on in there, which is always lacking at the larger chain stores. My dog, Boofy, always love shopping there and staff always seems to take the extra time to play with him. Pine Bush Agway is a great place to shop.

Pine Bush Agway is that local shopping experience that everyone is looking for! You don't get service like this in the Walmarts and Petsmarts (petstupid) of the world. They really seem to care for the customer and have a large selection. They were willing to order anything I wanted and had it in less than a week. They are also expanding to become more of a pet store, not just the farm and lawn & garden supply store that everyone is used to. They have everything and a great staff, I highly recommend shopping there. The manager also mentioned that they may be selling puppies there soon, I can't wait!!

I've been to other Agways, but each one is just slightly different, and this one boasts a great selection of Mucksters, the best waterproof boot around. They had more styles and sizes than any other store, and I was able to get exactly what I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Usual good selection of garden supplies, prices better than other garden centers. Also nice selection of unique garden and gift items. Willing to order anything you need. Just off the main road, so a little hard to find, so may have to ask for directions once in town.
