Excellent care. Staff and physician, Dr. Heck, waited past normal business hours to see my son. We had to drive from Tipton county during rush hour traffic. They were extremely accommodating.

Have taken my son twice for sports injuries and I recently was in a bad accident and had to have two surgeries. Saw Dr. Ken Weiss who was super and am now in pool therapy. The therapists are really nice and helpful. The location is convenient and I am very pleased.

Pros: No long waiting, excellent care, friendly

Cons: Haven't had any so far.

If you've ever been to an orthopedist before, don't let anyone at the appointment desk know because they won't schedule an appointment for you until they receive records from your previous doctor. I understand the need to review records before the appointment - but can't an appointment be set up a month in advance? Never mind that some people have to work and/or have limited time available...
I'm one patient that is taking my business else where!
