One of the worst customer service experiences I have came across ever.
My car broke down on Friday morning and was towed to them for service.
I have dealt with gentleman named Paul who was really not helpful, not to mention pleasant.
It took them about 5 hours just to diagnose the problem, which by the way is still not fixed and I do not even have a time frame where it will be.
Paul was not able to provide me with exact cost of the repair, he said "about $700". I bit high for replacing water pump and he told me that couple of wheels on serpentine belt melted because they were plastic... They were not able to fix the problem because they did not have the parts.
Paul told me that they need to order after-market parts, which I find strange as my car is a Chevrolet and you are Chevrolet dealer and authorized service.

I was promised a call yesterday (Saturday) with an update of the status. I never received any calls, when I called at 1:30 PM, after spending about 15 minutes on hold, and being transferred twice a gentleman answered and told me the service is already closed and he cannot check the repair status.
When I purchased the car from you I was offered a free oil changes for as long as I owe the car. I have gave up on this offer a few years ago because it was always a big ordeal.
It always took your service department between an hour and hour and a half to do a simple oil change. The making an appointment was a real hustle, they never had any time available.
And after one instance that I was late about 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment due to traffic and the lady at the counter told me that they won't be able to do it because I am late

Had a bad experiance here years ago...brought my company car in because there was a small leak in the radiator hose...I wanted it taken care of because I was driving out of state on a 3 day camping trip the next day. They said no problem- but at the end of the day, (when I brought it there early am) they said they never had time to get to it, and I would have to leave it for the weekend!!Told them NO, I need the car for the trip the next day, they told me they didn't recommend me driving it like that (No kidding, idiot, why do you think I brought it in?) So I took the car back and took my chances. They also said the hose was hard to get to and there was a lot of work involved just to get to the hose to fix it, and it would cost about $400. ( I think they were trying to take advantage of the fact that my company was paying for it.) anyway, I drove to Bear Mountain in NY anyway, and sure enough, just as we got there the hose split and dumped all the fluid. A guy at the camp told me about a little radiator repair place at the bottom of the mountain. The next day we COASTED down the hill, caught a green light at the bottom and rolled up to the repair place! Now, they COULD have taken advantage of the fact I was an out of towner who was over a barrel, but they replaced the hose in 20 MINUTES for $60!! What Hart couldn't do all day for $400!! I wish I knew the name of the place in NY to give THEM a stellar review!
