This shop is close to my house so I stop there for quick things and gas when I need to. The problem with this shop is that its usually not the cleanest or the friendliest place to shop. I stopped there for gas the other morning and went into get coffee and something to eat. There were 3 pots of coffee out but nothing in them and no full pots were made behind the counter. I don't care for flavored coffee so I decided to just have decaf out of one of the push pumpers on the counter. Guess what. Empty! I told the girl at the counter that theres no coffee or even decaf and she simply said "oh" and walked away to make some. I went to the refrigerator case to get a little bottle of their cappucino milk and then tried to scope out breakfast. They had no hot egg sandwiches. The girl asked me what I was looking for. I said a hot egg sandwich. She said she could make me one in a few minutes. I said ok, I'd wait. I poked thru the paper for a few minutes and went back to the counter. She told me that she forgot all about me but what kind did I want and she'd make it now. At this point I was running later than I wanted and I was already mad about getting no coffee and now no sandwich. It wasn't the fact that I walked out empty handed from there but that I got no apology for any of it. I was just a forgotten customer! The second biggest problem I have with this whole thing was that the girl behind the counter is the manager of this store. I think I'll just go out of my way a minute or two to the other store on 50 or just stop at another coffee shop close to work. This kind of customer service is getting to be a little too habitual in this shop.
