I bought my car in to be serviced. Within a half hr I was called with the diagnosis of my car issue and was given an immediate explanation of the issue, the importance of the repair and the cost .. Within less than a half he the problem was fixed and my car was ready for pick up. I live much closer to another Volkswagen dealership, but I prefer crestmont because of the good customer service and the lack of pressuring customers to repair unnecessary issues with the car. Dave Baker is a pleasure to work with.

I called for service June 10, 2014 and was given a same day appointment. My 2006 bug was making a strange squeaking noise which I taped with my phone and replayed--turns out that the subframe on the car cracked after I had been driving on a road that had been prepped for repaving and most likely hit a pothole or raised manhole cover. The part(s) were not in stock, so I was given a ride home by the valet. I had hoped to get my car back the following morning, but received a call on my cell at @ 2pm that most of the work was complete, but that a part had been delivered to Audi in error which they needed to finish the job. Fortunately, I have another car which I was able to drive that day, and I was only free in the morning to get my car back anyway (after 2PM was not possible). The following morning (June 12), the valet (nice man) picked me up. I arrived and was directed to the receptionist who gave me my bill, I paid, and drove home. The repairs were properly done, in that the car is no longer making the noise. This was my first service at Crestmont, and I expect to be back.
