B B's Bagels & Bread

I love the bagels at B B Bagels & Bread. I always go there on weekend and take some home and place them in the freezer so I can take them to work for breakfast. The clerks have always been friendly and the prices aren't too bad.

I just met up with some friends at B B's Bagels & Bread last week. I had never been there before ~ I actually didn't know it was there. The service was friendly from all 3 people that helped at different times. The bagel was a bit on the salty side but was good. They Coffee was hot and tasty, too. There is plenty of room to sit and enjoy your bagel with friends.

I wouldn't say that they have the best bagels, but they are okay. The shop is nice and there is a small area with tables to eat at if you choose. The cream cheese is smooth and the bagel sandwiches are pretty good also.

BB's Bagels and Bread is located in the otherwise lackluster shopping center with SuperFresh on Ballenger Creek Pike. I would imagine that unless you live or work in that immediate area, it might be easy to pass by. It is definitely worth checking out! I, along with my youngest daughter, am a big fan of a good bagel (not the ones you can buy at the grocery store (although they'll do in a pinch). BB's has the best bagels in Frederick (yes, even better than Panera.. but they're good too!). Inside BB's you will find a cute area to eat, read the paper, surf the net or socialize. It doesn't get nearly as loud or chaotic as some of the local chains but it does get quite crowded in the mornings! There is a to-go selection of bagels and cream cheeses that is set-up for a grab'n'go, along with a self serve coffee area. The owner is usually there (although in the back baking fresh bagels) and is very nice. Service by the other staff isn't always over-the-top friendly but it will do. BB's is nothing fancy but it is a great little "neighborhood" gem that should be checked out!
